The best way to guarantee time with a Lovetech agent is to make an appointment. Regular walk-in customers will be served on a first-come first-served basis. For customers seeking tech services or consultations, it is highly advisable to make an appointment.
Walk-in devices will be booked into our queue for triaging and testing by our Lovetech team. However, we are always on hand to offer after-sales support for all of our customers.
Please note: An appointment will guarantee a 15 minute interaction/consultation with a Lovetech agent. Physical repair work or service that requires longer than 15 minutes to complete cannot be carried out at our Lovetech counter. These services will be completed in the Lovetech department and customers will be notified once completed.
