Do you deliver outside the Republic of Ireland?

No, we do not deliver outside of the Republic of Ireland.

When will I get a receipt for my online order?

You will receive an e-receipt when your order has been shipped or when you have been informed that your order is ready to collect. Once you receive your product, you will also receive a physical copy of your receipt.

When will I receive my order confirmation email?

You should receive the order confirmation email immediately after you place your order. This might take few more minutes during busy periods. Throughout the order process you will continue to receive regular email updates.

I didn't receive an order acknowledgement email, what should I do?

Please check your junk/spam mail folder for it. Depending on your anti-spam settings, your mailbox may be identifying our order acknowledgement emails as spam. If the order acknowledgement email is not there, please use our Contact Form for assistance.

Will I receive confirmation that my order has been dispatched or is ready to collect?

Yes. We will send you an email when your order has been dispatched or is ready to collect. If there is a delay in sending your order we will email or call you about that too. If you need any assistance please use our Contact Form .

Cancelling or changing your order.

Subject to the terms set out below, you have the right to cancel your order and return the goods, provided that the goods are in a resaleable, as sold condition. By this we mean:


  1. You have kept all original packaging and labels in good condition and the products can be resold at full price.

  2. You have not used the product.

  3. The product contains no personal data and is not registered to a user.

*One4all Chip and Pin Gift Cards: No restrictions when spending this card, in-store or online, following a brief ID verification process.

**One4all Gift Cards: Due to a change in regulations, we can no longer accept One4all Gift Cards online with a value greater than €50 so the total transaction must not be over this amount.
