A bit too quiet
I had the previous version and it played louder than the current one. I believed that the newer model would sound at least like the older one. Looks really cool, something different. Cool ito design

Great on paper but not in reality
Had 3 set over the last 2 years and after afew months they seem to loss volume, a nightmare to get them to charge always connecting inside the case, even had them sent off for repair and issues come back. The ANC seems to work when it likes, it can be great but then the next day in the same environment be useless. When there new they are brilliant for the money, good volume levels and bass, be nice if they lasted. Have other sets of JBL headphones and they have been great, really hoped to find these the same

Impressed but still getting used to them
Got these a few weeks ago to replace an older in-ear set. Hard time trying to find what I am comfortable with that is not earbuds into the ear canal and not the over-ear sets. Sound quality is great but finding the right setting on the app to adjust between music and audiobooks easily is a pain, for now I hope. Have not tried the option of noise cancelling as this requires changing the rubber tips to be in-ear, so likely to stick with what I know and prefer fro comfort.

They are ok
They fall out of my ears all of the time. I was happy to find different bud sizes, but I can’t get it right and they always fall out. The sound is great and I bought them because they offered spacial sounds.
