For the wired who want to keep up with the times
Really good pair of Earphones from Samsung, especially with Type-C. The sound is also really great and being AKG tuned, the sound is way better than the previous 3.5mm one. I would have given it 5 stars, had not knowing what wouldn't have happened if I got black. See when I bought my pair, I was out of the country and bought a white pair of these. They sound really good don't get me wrong and feel great. But as a result of this feeling, especially with the white pairs, the soft part which your ear rests on, does get stained from bodily oils which I did find annoying, hence the 4 stars. But other than that, really great product Samsung, just would've preferred that it wouldn't yellow. (For awareness purposes, I will not upload the yellowing as it may disgust some people. It isn't that bad but I am just being aware). The controls are somewhat basic, I wouldn't expect more from the controls but it is nifty but not worthy of the 5 stars.
All in all, Great Job Samsung. Hopefully when I make money, I'll buy a pair of Galaxy Buds. XD

Not for listening to music
Very comfortable and speech reproduction is fairly good. Unfortunately, that is as far as it goes as music reproduction is abysmal: plenty of volume but bass and low to mid frequencies are absent even with boost applied through the phone's equaliser. I cannot get anything that comes close to acceptable and turning up the volume makes it even worse, resulting in a horribly messy, completely unbalanced, sound. Very disappointing - and not cheap.

Mind blowing sound
Wow..Samsung thankyou so much..I absolutely love music,I play guitar n I listen to music every day through Earphones,these are by a country mile better than any I've ever owned,the sound is extraordinary to say the least,the clarity iand volume is truly mind blowing..no ppl,I'm not getting paid for this review,I wished,I'm just telling Samsung what I think of these Earphones,fantastic product

Broke after month and a half
After two months the headphones stopped working. I got in touch with customer service however they only offered for me to return them to a dpd store. However there isn't one where I live. Should have just issued replacement pair.

They worked for 2 days before they started failing and now they won't work completely, I've tried them in multiple phone and they still don't work

Buds fall out
They only supply buds ,which are terrible, where are the usb c to aux convertors, where are the lapel usb c mics, get your act together Samsung, taking away the 3.5 Aux and not having proper assessories for usb c

Disappointing
Poor quality, avoid. I've had to return these earphones 3 times as they don't last long before breaking. After the third failure I've decided to try something else. This is really disappointing as the 3.5mm earphones that came with my S7 sound great and are still going strong, shame this connection is no longer in use.
