Superb detail and clarity whatever we watched Seriously smooth on motion and action shots The Colours are crisp and vibrant, the blacks are deep and defined and even the audio was a surprise out of the box…. Forget about the expensive sound bar Lots of features and functions….. possibly too many at times to get your head around at first The only negative for me is the standard (full button) remote that is smaller than my old one and sits too low now in the hand for you to easily access the navigation buttons with your thumb that used to be higher up on and easily accessible on the older remotes

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Some great features Bought this just before Xmas and the picture quality is excellent my only complaint and I'm not sure it is down to Samsung or not is the volume of sound difference one different channels, HD are so low I have to raise it above 60/70, it's so frustrating changing volume numbers on all channels as not one is the same as any other.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Surpassed My Expectations by miles I hadn't bought a television in about 10 years and the last one wasn't a smart tv. I was nervous so I done copious research. I had a budget in mind and didn't want to exceed it. Luckily this TV had been discounted. I looked at various makes from Panasonic, LG and Hisense to name a few. I kept coming back to this one. The picture is unreal, so immersive and the colours jump out of the screen. It is easily to navigate and I only needed to look at the instructions once. The more you ' play ' with it the more discoveries you come across ......like recording !! That just blew me away. I don't record much buy my partner love soaps etc and loves to watch it an hour after airs. So easy to use. One concern I did have was the sound as reviews of other brands always state that the sound was bad / tinny and a sounder was required. There's no way you need a sound bar on this tv. My only gripe through all of this was the power cable its too small !! I bought a 2mtr lead from Amazon to find even that was too short so I've had to send that back and buy a 3mtr one. I've only had it a few days but hand on heart its single handedly my best buy in about 10 years !!! I am so pleased with everything about this tele. Well done Samsung ......again.

The picture quality is patchy and less sharp, no matter what setting it chosen. Even the sound quality is deteriorated. The volume on this tv needs to be set louder on some channels.. Gutted I purchased this tv. If I could send it back I would.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quality Had for about 6 weeks now. Far better than my old LG. Picture quality is first class as is the sound through a compatible Q series soundbar. Tv setup is straightforward and virtually connects itself to soundbar, BT box, Alexa etc.
