Great product
The TV is easy to setup. Picture quality is good especially if you switch off automatic eco settings. Sound is good compared to my previous Sony Bravia which was 8 years old. I am however using it with a soundbar.
The big difference with the Sony is the streaming apps, iPlayer, Prime work really well and it links with my Humax, Firecube and Apple TV flawlessly. The previous Sony was to say the least temperamental in this regard. My only criticism is the on screen mouse feature cannot be turned of a I dislike it a lot. Pressing down on the remote ring temporarily disables it.

Overrated.
Generally very disappointed. The image is dull and at times blurred. Watching sport is particularly frustrating. No idea why the image is so poor (materially worse than the 15 year old TV we replaced) - could be installation (which we paid for ), could be a number of things. Finding channels is relatively easy but finding information about programmes is unnecessarily difficult. As above, one the programme is on, the image seesaws from acceptable to downright poor. I am feeling nostaligic about the old TV we got rid of. If I could swap it today for the old Toshiba model we had, I would. I am sorry to write this. I'd heard great things about LG televisions. If you're still reading this, think twice before you buy one.

Slow operating system
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the most unimpressed I have been with a new TV, the remote is like using a WiFi remote 20 years ago, its very bulky and clumpy, the operating system is ridiculously slow, all.in all it has been a poor purchase, bought through LG and they was very unhelpful, basically telling me it is ok. No support on who its so bad, one good point is that the picture quality is good, the only reason I kept it was the picture and the fact LG were going to charge me to return it.

QNED it is
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After searching for ages for a new 50" tv I finally settled on this one. I had narrowed it down to Samsung and LG. I have many samsung products in the houese already and was quite keen to go with them for the TV. We looked in a shop at the two brands side by side and the LG stood out brighter and sharper compared with the others.

Good Budget TV but not exceptional
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is alright, but it feels like a starting range of previous generations LG tvs with similar price range.
Overall, the picture quality is good, sound is too low and we need to use sound bar.
OS UI is slightly more complicated but you get used to it.
Remote control is fine. Previous generation remote control was better.

Dreadful edge bloom from edge lit display.
Dreadful edge bloom from edge lit display. Purchased to replace our QNED81 series from 2023 that died after only three years. The new model is now edge lit and not back lit. Colours are too bright, edge lid display bleeds white from the edges to an unwatchable level. HDR content is equally poor. A purchase I just want to forget

Happy overall, couple of niggles.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tv is okay. Highlight is the magic remote. Operating system seems slow to operate with some apps esp BBC iPlayer. We have another TV with Android OS which seems quicker & more stable. Picture quality when working well is 10/10. Occasionally looses clarity.

Great TV
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tv is fantastic great picture, easy to set up and connect to other apps. The delivery drivers weren’t exactly experienced they didn’t seem like they knew what they were doing but it got set up and we paid for the packaging to be taken.
