Wireless charging error
The wireless charging worked well at the beginning but now has flashing charging indicator with no device on top and when switched off/on error appears with no device on top

Disappointed
The wireless charger worked initially for a short time but now the light flashes and it does not charge. I have tried moving the radio into different rooms and even to another house but it still doesn’t work. I have excellent wifi coverage in my house. Also the clock does not automatically reset after a power cut.

Ignores Leap Year!
We have had multiple issues with this clock radio. We are on our second one because we had the same issue as other users. The wireless charging stopped working after a few months. We exchanged it for a new one because it was still under guarantee. Roll on February 2024, and ever since the Leap Day, the calendar has been a day ahead. You are only able to set it to Day 1-7, Day 1 being Monday and so on. This has meant that alarms set to go off on Days 1-5 are not coming on on Fridays because it is assuming that it is Day 6 (Saturday). We have manually re-set it several times, but each time the radio defaults back to a day ahead. Very frustrating! Would not recommend and would not buy again!

Great product but…
Was very happy with clock. Wireless charging now not working and wireless icon constantly flashes. Read on other sites it’s due to a poor contact. There are no other devices near it that can be wirelessly charged. Also, slight whirring noise coming from the plug. Have contacted customer service.

Poor quality
We bought this in late January. The reason for the choice was for the wireless charger. However, after just over 3 months, the wireless charger stopped working. So we tried to use the port on the rear with a charging wire - this doesn’t work either. So we now have an expensive clock radio
