Not bad for the money.
Good compact system, stylish in its own way. Cd compartment door slides up so be careful if you use it under shelving etc. Cd works well.
Setting up the clock is a bit laborious, just a small issue. Bluetooth pairing work well and very quick.
Having problems with the radio reception but that is possibly poor in our area anyway. Doesn't appear to be anyway of fitting a better aerial?
Sound quality is surprisingly good for the price point with the eq. and the extra bass being useful. Plenty of volume available.
Overall a good unit, especially for the price. Recommended as a second hiFi, perhaps in the kitchen or bedroom.

Good unit for the price
I have so far been very impressed with the Hifi 100 CD player unit. It is an attractive looking unit, with a stylish sliding CD cover. The remote allows unit operation at a distance and Bluetooth capability is an added bonus. It has a crisp clear sound and is small enough to move around but has the capability of permanent siting via its wall hanging points. All in all, very pleased with the player to date and looking forward to putting it through its paces in the coming weeks with all those hundreds of CDs that I haven’t played for years.

HiFi100 CD Music System
Overall a very nice product. The sound for the CD is great. The radio is not as good as I had hoped. I live in a bit of a remote area and wanted to be able to hear talk radio very clearly (FM only - guess they figure AM is going away soon) - it does not come in as well as the old boom box I had from the 90's. Not sure why it is that way. Also you have to use the remote to make it work easier. Wish there was a place to put the remote when not using it. But it is a nice looking compact unit and I will use it a lot.

Great value. Sleek and stylish
What a great cd player. Good quality sound and unit looks really stylish. The price point is really good value. Really easy to set up to. I'd never heard of Oakcastle before but if their other products are as good as this I will be buying in the future. It's compact. Apart from main plug there's also no leads hanging off it which is another bonus. Sound is good when using Bluetooth to. I would absolutely recommend this product

Great little stereo!
I bought this for my 14 year olds room. Was looking for something super compact, and this is perfect! I’m going to mount it on the wall to save space, which is a bonus! She’s excited that she can listen to both CD’s and use Bluetooth to connect her phone. Seems to be a well made unit. Sound is good for a small stereo. Bonus is it has an alarm clock! This was a good buy.

Very well-built unit and stylish. I just set up the unit today and read through the instructions. I will try the adjustable pre-set equalization settings, but the quick impression is that is not high fidelity, but radio quality.
I bought the unit as a radio and will keep the unit, not sending it back.
I would have paid more for better sound.

It’s been a while since I had my CDs out playing and this little box just hit the the price point and sound quality I was looking for
