Material bobbles very badly no amount of hoovering will help
I bough this in November 2016 and have made numerous complaints about it. It looks old and shabby already and only myself and partner would sit on it. Every guest has noticed how shabby our couch looks since buying it. I hoover and fluff once if not twice a week and also use a special bobble off machine as advised by the technician that came to inspect it from the manufacturer. This is a beautiful couch in the showroom but such a shame that it needs such intense care and STILL looks shabby.

forget about it!!
awful piles like a wool jumper on a hot wash, it gets dirty so easy when you try to wash the cushions it spreads the stain have it less than a year looks atrocious and was minded, its fit for a bonfire nothing else, structurally a spring came loose, was a waste of time and money they shouldn't be selling rubbish sand lying to the consumer saying its a durable easy to mind product, just discontinue it or improve the fabric, its a disgrace to charge anyone 1,874

Probably Wouldn’t Buy Again
I’ve had this couch for 4 months only 2 adults in the house so couch isn’t getting any hard treatment, couch has gone very baubbly and old looking, it’s looks shabby, just bought a bobble off to try get bobbles out, if this does t bother you couch is extremely comfortable it’s like being in the cinema but as I said it’s very disappointing especially for the price, I had a previous couch for 10 years and it was a 3rd of the price and it was in better condition than this is after 4 mths

DONT BUY THIS
Bought this sofa 2yrs ago this month and it now looks like I have 10 years. Cushions are mis-shapen and the material is bobbling badly. I bought the pouffe also and now when u sit on the sofa your legs are higher than ur butt. Zip is also bust on one cushion. I should of known it was dodgy when the assistant told me to give the cushions a good beating, I rang Harvey Norman when I had it a year but they were having none of it. The insurance I took out too is useless as it only covers tears and stains etc. I should of just brought it back and made a scene, I have another sofa in the playroom that I bought 9 years ago from DFS for about half of what I paid in Harvey Norman and it looks 10 times better.
Moral of this story - DONT BUY IT - YOU WILL REGRET IT

Comfy, beautiful and modern
I bought this corner sofa 3 weeks ago. I can honestly say its my favoirite purchase in a long time. It is so veratile with the moveable footstool. It is such a comfortable couch. All cushions are zip off washable which makes it perfect as we bought this for our most used room. Absolutely thrilled with this purchase.

Bought a few months ago and this couch looks 10 years old, contacted HN for refund and they didn’t want to know about it, couch is gone bally, worn and out of shape! Will never buy from HN again! They stated that the warranty doesn’t cover any of this!! Terrible customer service too!

Save yourself the money! This sofa looks looks lovely and nice for a couple of months until the warranty goes! It’s now full of bobbles and cushions all Maoist of shape and uncomfortable. This is a terrible quality couch for the money you pay. Avoid

Can’t wait for delivery or don’t want to pay additional delivery charges? It’s incredibly simple to collect your online order in store and get your hands on your product quickly and easily. Simply select the Click & Collect option and head to your nearest Harvey Norman store to collect your order.
- During checkout, select “Click & Collect” and select your preferred store.
- After your order is placed, you will receive an order acknowledgement email with your order number.
