Terrible, doesn't work, leaves pools of water
It's terrible. First of all doesn't clean the floor, it basically vacuums and wets it, but doesn't remove even light stains/dirt. Also, most of time it doesn't gather the water in collection jar, it just floods the floor. Does this all the time now after just 3 uses. When in self-cleaning mode, it leaves a large pool of water on the floor, nothing goes into the collection jar. Probably the worst device I have ever purchased and it was really expensive!

Small bit disappointing
I got this as a Christmas present but it’s only alright to be honest the cleaning of it after every use is a bit of a pain. The rollers need to be replaced quite frequently I believe which isn’t ideal as they are expensive and it won’t pick up any stubborn dirt it’s really just to tip around when the floors are more or less clean anyway I don’t think the floors are much cleaner than they would be with the mop and bucket. So I’m a little disappointed with it

I bought this machine two weeks ago and not impressed
The waste tray was so difficult to get out
Even on a power cycle it would not remove some stains

Needs regular cleaning and it leaves no marks on the tiles. Great product for wet floors and dog hairs.

Dyson G1 the advanced mop .
Purchased Dyson G1 to upkeep my Hard floors Wood and ceramic tiles in perfect condition. Pleasently surprised how effective the G1 cleaned the surfeces. Leaving surfeces nearly dry with minimum water left. However don't thing it should be used to remove heavily contaminated surfaces. Floors should be brushed clean to benefit from the G1 use.

Amazing product
I really enjoy using the Dyson WashG1. It’s easy to use and the floor dries really quickly, which is a big plus. It does a great job even when using just water. The only downside is that I haven’t been able to find the specific cleaning solution for the G1 Wash, but overall it still works very well and I’m happy with the product.
