Great mop

Overall is a good cleaner but struggles with hair on tiles. Weight is a bit of an issue going up stairs. and the edge cleaning favours right handed users.

Total game changer
Bought this for busy house with 7 people and 2 dogs - a total game changer - so easy and actually pleasurable to push around - can clean the whole of downstairs in half an hour - 5 average sized rooms including halls etc - works like magic - no detergent needed. A delight as usually from Dyson. My only complaint is that the drawer is a little tricky to remove but that might easy up.

Excess water pooling :(
I'm still getting to grips with this. Seems to pool a lot of water in the 'station' after use and also after self cleaning - to the extent it is overflowing onto the floor around.
Also the base tray is difficult to remove - have to tip the cleaner over. The 'red' release catch has little effect.
Would love some assistance with this from a Dyson agent if possible?

Small bit disappointing
I got this as a Christmas present but it’s only alright to be honest the cleaning of it after every use is a bit of a pain. The rollers need to be replaced quite frequently I believe which isn’t ideal as they are expensive and it won’t pick up any stubborn dirt it’s really just to tip around when the floors are more or less clean anyway I don’t think the floors are much cleaner than they would be with the mop and bucket. So I’m a little disappointed with it
