Rosie has made my life so much easier
I wanted a combined mop and vac as I knew if I'd just got a robot vac I'd regret not getting the mop too. I have a white kitchen floor and mopping was always a chore as I also have a dog (I know who chooses a white floor when you have a dog?!!). I love Rosie I've not set her up on automatic as I need to move a few things before she sets off and I have a small threshold between the kitchen and lounge which she struggles with. But other than that I've been delighted with this product, had her a few weeks now and still not been told to empty it, not sure how that will work when I do hopefully it will be straightforward as was the set up. I would definitely recommend based on my experience so far.

Belinda - what a lass!
I recently purchased this Robot Hoover and Mop, she has been christened Belinda. Belinda was easy to setup and configure and promptly set off mapping the area with great success. The first couple of cleaning sessions were a challenge as she kept getting stuck under furniture or faulting for clogged brushes. However, after a minor reshuffle of the small furnishings, Belinda has been impeccably well behaved. She has now been busy cleaning and mopping the entirety of the downstairs section of my home and never misses a spot. One of the best purchases I have made this year so far!

Great when it works
I have had this vacuum for six months now and it is brilliant when it works but there is a real issue with its connectivity. It is forever disconnecting and needing to be manually reset which is quite an inconvenient process. Mine has also recently stopped applying water when on the mopping function.
Another point I wish I knew when I brought it was that it can only map one floor and cannot be carried to another to clean once in a while.
Overall considering this is one of the more expensive robot vacuums on the market I am disappointed with its reliability.

It's easy to set up with any smart devices, I measured the sizes of the rooms and where i wanted it to go. It went around cleaning and picking up anything that was on the floor. It was amazing to watch it clean, mop and hoover at the same time. It clean all the areas efficiently, then it went back and empty its self. It saves me time and I don't have to do anything. I would highly recommend this product

Amazing little gadget
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Convenient to clean the house when you are out and about. It tackles every area it can get to and has great suction. I love the self emptying and cleaning function once it goes back into the base. Also great mopping clean, regularly mop my floors and thought they were clean but the water showed it had lifted even more and it also does several large mop runs before the tank needs refilling again!! It also is smaller than it looks in the images and doesn’t take up much room.

Not great for multi story houses.
Works great if you only have one house level as it can only map a single level. I understood you could map a floor (ground), then simply lift it to another level and let it run without mapping. I does work well on mapped floors but not on unmapped floors.
It knows the difference between hard floors and rugs and hasn’t fallen down the stairs. I love that I can program it to run to suit my household.
If I was buying again, I choose a machine that does multi level mapping for cleaning ease and accuracy.

Awesome product!

With a crawling baby, we need to keep the floor clean and this vacuum really helped. We switch on this every night and it cleans the floor, docks and empties itself which reduces a lot of work for me. The best thing is, it goes on to the carpet and cleans it. It even cleans the corners well. Not much noisy. The mop functions well too. Not as clean as expected but it does the job.

What a treat - a weight has been lifted!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Packaging is remarkably eco friendly and the set up it truly a breeze.
It’s been wonderful having an app connected to my Alexa to do all of my mopping and vacuuming. It’s made a massive difference to me. I have a dog and a one year old. The sound is no louder than a fan apart from when it is at the docking station. When it empties, it sounds like the last spin cycle on the washing machine.
Living in a bungalow, I appreciate the product dealing with the entirety of the property - I do wonder how revolutionary it would be for those people living in houses.
We hit a few snags when the mop cloths are damp getting over a lip into one of the rooms. Otherwise it’s so easy to manage, deploy and clean. All thanks to the app really and the tutorial videos there!
