Should’ve purchased sooner
We picked this up during a recent sale. My partner wanted one for years and I kept saying we didn’t need one. Now we’ve two kids under 2 it’s difficult to stay on top of chores so we took the plunge. We have this about a week now and the difference it makes to the appearance of the house is great. It’s quite noisey when it goes back to its base to empty but that’s my only gripe. We normally turn it on once the kids have started their bedtime routine and are upstairs and then come down and enjoy an hour or two in the evening admiring our lovely clean floors. My partner says it’s easy to use on her phone app and she has a nickname for it and everything. She says it’s the best (early) Christmas present ever.

Eufy Clean X10 Pro
I have been using the Eufy Clean robot vacuum for several weeks now and I am very satisfied with its performance. The robot meets my expectations and does a very good job keeping the floors clean on a regular basis. It navigates well around furniture, handles dust and hair efficiently, and is easy to set up and use.

Overall -- A great product
I purchased the Eufy X10 Pro Omni three weeks ago and have been using it daily since its arrival. Overall, I'm very impressed! The mapping process is quick and efficient, and the app offers a wide range of intuitive features, making it easy to control and customize the device.
The mopping function is outstanding and delivers excellent results. While the vacuuming performance isn't exceptional, it’s adequate for my needs, especially since we don’t have any pets. For households like mine, it does the job well.
Overall, it’s been a great purchase, and I’m highly satisfied. A special shoutout to Harvey Norman for their professional handling of my online order—smooth and hassle-free!

Must have if you are struggling with cleaning
Best thing I bought. Maps the house for me, hoovers and mops and does a great job. Suction is very strong. I have dogs so between the hair and the muddy paw prints, i could never keep up, now i can turn on the robovac when im at work, and come home to a clean house. All i need to do is leave the internal doors open and the vac does the rest, i can also shake some shakenvac on the carpets before i leave too. The robovac recognises wires, and alerts you so you can move them before the next clean, but the vac will work around the wires and not get tangled in them. 100% recommend.

Amazing Robot Vacuum
I've had the Eufy Clean X10 Pro for a few weeks now after upgrading from my last Eufy vacuum (had it for 6 years) and the difference is amazing. The new one doesn't get stuck on wires or laces and cleans up the dog hair brilliantly. It also navigates its way around furniture perfect getting right into the edges. I highly recommend

The cleaner will do an excellent job cleaning and save you time.
However, the voice Integration with Google and Elexa is a little clunkey.
Designed as a talking vacuum cleaner, this product offers a unique advantage for individuals with visual Impairments, enhancing their cleaning experience.
If you are blind, vision impaired, or have a disability that affects your mobility. In that case, you can contact the revenue commissioners and claim the VAT back on this product.

The robot that you want!
We thought Eufy Robovac after months of research and assessing various options. We were actually going for a different model and brand but were swayed by an honest review from the saleswoman at Harvey Norman. This is one of the best purchases we’ve done in a long time. The Robovac is exactly as per expectations. There are a few prerequisites to operate this device however I’d give it a 5 star rating when it comes to convenience, cleanliness and overall satisfaction!
