Should’ve purchased sooner
We picked this up during a recent sale. My partner wanted one for years and I kept saying we didn’t need one. Now we’ve two kids under 2 it’s difficult to stay on top of chores so we took the plunge. We have this about a week now and the difference it makes to the appearance of the house is great. It’s quite noisey when it goes back to its base to empty but that’s my only gripe. We normally turn it on once the kids have started their bedtime routine and are upstairs and then come down and enjoy an hour or two in the evening admiring our lovely clean floors. My partner says it’s easy to use on her phone app and she has a nickname for it and everything. She says it’s the best (early) Christmas present ever.

Confusing setup & inefficient App
Found it difficult to set up despite following the YouTube setup instructions. The App does not show the settings page as shown in the You-tube video by Daddy esp. the map setups. Struggled for more than an hour with repeated resets & reprogramming. The instructions manual on the website is not clear and comprehensive. I have upstairs & downstairs - so need to take the whole unit upstairs which is heavy & not feasible for me. It is ok for single down-floor setup but for upstairs not suitable. Besides, it left tiny drums behind & was discharging few whilst cleaning.The most difficult part was mapping setup as the App does not display mapping setup .

Beware water tank problem
I have never written a poor review like this before but felt that I had to given the poor experience I have had with this product. I ordered the x10 Pro 11 months ago and have so far had 2 replacement units (so 3 units in less than a year) due to a repeated error where the machine says there is insufficient water in the tank despite the tank being full. After the third unit broke in less than 3 months I asked for a refund. Eufy refused as it was over 30 days since my original purchase. There are plenty of other reviews online regarding this issue. Buyer beware! I really wanted to love this product (and did when it worked) but there is clearly a design flaw.

Almost perfect
I've had another brand robot hoover for about 3 years but once that developed issues I pre ordered the X10 pro.
It does exactly as it's says. It's so easy to set up and use, the app makes it easy to navigate and I have used most of the features Inc settings up schedules and scenarios
Users check you messages in the app I also got a free accessory pack
The only downfall (but a fairly big one) is that when I take him upstairs he will only hoover. It says it can't mop because the base isn't upstairs.
Even trying to start him going downstairs so his mop is wet, then moving him upstairs doesn't work. He just won't mop my bathrooms.
I'm hoping there will be an update soon

Eufy Clean X10 Pro
I have been using the Eufy Clean robot vacuum for several weeks now and I am very satisfied with its performance. The robot meets my expectations and does a very good job keeping the floors clean on a regular basis. It navigates well around furniture, handles dust and hair efficiently, and is easy to set up and use.
The suction power is good for everyday cleaning, and it works reliably without issues. I also appreciate the quiet operation and the convenience of having clean floors with minimal effort. Poor quality Poor Build Quality & Disappointing Warranty
I bought this cleaning product expecting it to make my life easier, but unfortunately that hasn’t been the case. After just two months, the first unit started leaking. The warranty team were polite and replaced it, but the exact same issue happened again. I contacted them once more, and while they did replace it again, the third unit also developed the same fault.
Now I’m stuck with another leaking robot because the warranty only covers from the original purchase date, not each replacement. After repeated failures within a short time, I feel this product is poorly built and ultimately a waste of money.

Overall -- A great product
I purchased the Eufy X10 Pro Omni three weeks ago and have been using it daily since its arrival. Overall, I'm very impressed! The mapping process is quick and efficient, and the app offers a wide range of intuitive features, making it easy to control and customize the device.
The mopping function is outstanding and delivers excellent results. While the vacuuming performance isn't exceptional, it’s adequate for my needs, especially since we don’t have any pets. For households like mine, it does the job well.
Overall, it’s been a great purchase, and I’m highly satisfied. A special shoutout to Harvey Norman for their professional handling of my online order—smooth and hassle-free!

A good machine but clunky to program
This is a very good machine, but unfortunately let down by a very basic instruction leaflet. Further details are available online, but there is no key to the icons created during the mapping process, which presumably indicate problem areas. The app is clunky and hard to navigate, although after a lot of trial and error I did find my way around it. For this price I would have expected at least a sample bottle of they Eufy clean solution, as this is required to get the best from the unit. Fix the app and make the instructions a little more comprehensive and this will warrant 5 stars!
