Terrible customer service. Avoid Miele!
I bought this vacuum from Harvey Norman in Tallaght. After just a month of normal use, it started having problems: poor suction, constant jams, and generally not working as expected.
When I returned it to the store, still within 30 days, the manager was rude and dismissive. I was told to contact Miele directly. But I bought it from Harvey Norman, not Miele. I expected them to stand behind the product.
I’ve spent a lot in Harvey Norman over the years and have usually had good service, but this experience was terrible.
Now we’re left with a vacuum that doesn’t work and no real support. I wouldn’t recommend buying Miele products from them.

Floors have never been this clean!
My first Miele vacuum but I am certainly delighted with the choice we made. It was very easy to set up. I was particularly impressed with how sturdy it was for such a lightweight and compact appliance. Also, contrast to some other bagless vacuums, the attachments, the hose and the wand are all sturdy and feel solid, not the plastic feel of some others. Controls are well labelled, which is important because the suction can be so strong on some settings it would be difficult to push across some surfaces on higher settings.The bin is a good size and easy to empty. The first time I emptied the bin I was amazed at how much dust, dirt and hair the vacuum had lifted, I should have purchased one before now!

Bought this hoover for ease of use.
I needed something light and robust which would still deliver outstanding cleaning results.
I looked at a few others and although some were cheaper this hoover gives me everything I need. It’s light and moves about the floor with east, comes with lots of tools for varying areas of cleaning.
Glad I purchased this hoover

This product is really great.
I am glad I bought this product. It's not very loud and doesn't bother me. I can say it's the best vacuum cleaner I've ever bought in England. The one I bought before was terrible. A week after I bought it, it stopped working.

The Perfect Hoover
Absolutely amazing hoover. Exactly what I needed, comes with two large heads and three small heads. So handy as it’s bagless. It’s also super aesthetically pleasing and compact.
