Dyson Big Ball Multi floor 2

The Dyson big ball multi floor 2 cylinder vacuum is engineered for deep cleaning performance in every room, with minimal effort. It has self-righting technology, so if it gets knocked over, it automatically picks itself up which makes it easy to manoeuvre around your home. It also has Dyson's latest hygienic bin emptying mechanism which drives out dirt with one click, so there's no need to touch it. Its Dyson pneumatic cleaner head has a surface recognition sensor, raising and lowering to seal in suction across all floors. And powerful suction is generated by radial root cylone technology to capture microscopic dust and allergens from your home. To clean awkward areas, it has onboard tools that quickly attach to the wand. The wand handle rotates in three directions, allowing 360° articulation for greater control and more versatile cleaning. It has a lifetime washable filter and has also been acoustically engineered to be 25% quieter than its predecessor, to deep clean with less noise.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointing product from Dyson I really wish I had read the reviews on this vacuum before I bought it, it is so disappointing. It is meant to be a multi floor vacuum but it actually makes hard work of vacuuming carpet, all it does is create hair balls and then can't suck them up! When I'm vacuuming tiles or wood floor, it feels like I'm going to scratch the surfaces. It takes a lot more time to vacuum my house now and I get madder and madder as I go that I actually didn't return this machine to the shop.

I now have to brush my carpet first, then hoover, then go on my hands & knees to pick up the fluff. Stay away from this product I really regret this purchase though I used to love dyson. Definitely not worth the money.

The attachment for the stairs has about half the suction so doesn’t do a good job. My previous stair attachment would nearly lift the carpet but doesn’t fit.

I purchased the big ball to replace my old Dc19 ( which is still working perfect ) which I gave to my mum.The big ball is just brilliant and also has the legendary 5 year warranty. IT comes with loads of tools ..suction is brilliant and its a lot quieter than the Dc19.i have a number of dyson products and all are 100 percent at doing their job.keep up the good work Dyson.my next purchase will be a cordless ...
