Excellent machine, does a fantastic job. Works great on both hard floors and carpet. More expensive than others but is far more robust and better all round.

Great vacuum particularly if you have pets.
Great unit, really powerful and compact for bringing up and down the stairs, have my first Miele 10 years and still going strong, I like the idea of bagless it is great for cleaning up dog hair- we have 3. I’d highly recommend it.
