A gorgeous piece of kit. We love it.
A colour changing musical kettle? How cool is that? It's so calming and makes waiting for the kettle to boil an absolute joy (not that I do that very often!) and it beeps when it's boiled, which gets you back to the kettle to make the drink, rather than forgetting about it and having to waste time and energy in starting all over again. It has loads of useful features, is aesthetically pleasing, lightweight and well made. The only thing I'm still getting use to is the pouring angle - it's not as ergonomic as my previous Sage kettle. I was going to replace my Sage with another Sage, but this caught my eye and I'm so glad that I chose the Calm Kettle instead.

Worst kettle in the world
I am lost for words. This has to be the worst design for a kettle that humanity could come up with. I'll start with the least of the horrible features, the music. Luckily I could turn that off, so I did. Now the terrible parts. If you put a sensible amount of water in the kettle, you boil the kettle and then pour your drink. As you are straightening the kettle, it spits water all over the counter because you have to tip it so much that the water causes an air block. The air heats up and the pressure then spits water everywhere. The last stupid idea is the base. It is designed like the saucer that you put a flower pot into. Presumably this is to allow the kettle to explode when the kettle spits water everywhere which will collect in the base.

Completely unique
Yes it costs a bit, but this kettle is quite something else. I love the changing colours, and the soft ambient music doesn’t grate even after a few weeks (although you can turn it off if you want).
It’s also brilliant if you don’t want 100C boiling water. Very easy to change the temp anywhere down to 40C, which is handy for bread making too.
Being able to see the current water temperature is great.
The only downside is that the design makes it harder to empty scale if you live in a hard water area. But regular chemical descaling does the trick.
Overall this kettle is great fun and makes coffee and tea-brewing a very different experience.

Elegant and quiet
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never seen such a fancy kettle! Not only does it play calming music whilst it boils, but it also lights up and changes colours too. The boil of the kettle is quiet and barely audible, but still gets the job done quickly. The base is sturdy and the glass gives it an elegant feel. There is also a little song that is played when the boil has ended. It’s also a helpful feature that the music can be switched off if wanted. My favourite setting is being able to set the temperature so there’s no waiting for boiled water to cool if you do not need it that hot.

Calm to angry in 60 seconds
It worked for two/three weeks
Now having to use an accident kettle from the 1970’ s to make a cup of tea and hot water bottle. Finding someone to talk to is hard. And I’m still not sure if they are sending me a replacement or not I’m neither calm nor relaxed. It was a blissfully happy two weeks and very pretty

Nice kettle for unique individuals
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product is aesthetically pleasing to look at and listen to and is a unique product for unique product for unique individuals. Great for a left-handed person as the angle of the kettle handle is on the left. The glass on the kettle gets very hot so can be a danger. It also can be heavy when filled with water which is not suitable for elderly or people with arthritis or hand/arm issues as it is very heavy and if you’re not able to lift it and pour it can cause an accident. It would be good if it had Bluetooth functions on it so you could have your own music on it. It’s great that it keeps the water warm but it takes quite a long time to boil.

Great kettle with some smart features!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great kettle with some smart features. It's sizable kettle with lovely selection of few colours and soothing sound. I love big kettles that allow me, especially now have enough of hot water to make my drink but also fill up my hot water bottle with no need to fill up another kettle to have enough of hot water. It also allows you to set the temperature of the water as well so if you just would like to warm it up it is a perfect feature. The design with frosted glass and the copper elements make it look elegant.
