Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do not buy ! The Machine itself is fine, the problem is with aftersales. Harvey Normans do not sell the replacement Filters. Homedics will not ship replacement filters to Ireland. If you want a replacement filter you have to buy from E-bay or Amazon and the cost over 3 times the price homedics sell them for. They are 25.00 from Homedics or £75.00 on Amazon if your buying for Ireland. Outrageous ! And Harvey Normans don't tell you this in Advance !

4.Bring your "order confirmation number" to the store you selected for pick up, along with photo ID and the credit card you used to make the order.

5.Speak to one of our staff and your order should be processed in minutes.

6.If availing of Contactless Clock & Collect, let the store know you’ve arrived and wait in your car until a member of staff brings your order to you.

If you feel your product has failed a Consumer Guarantee (as defined by Irish Consumer Law) then don't worry you can easily return it to your local Harvey Norman store.
