Not ideal for thick or frizzy hair
Unfortunately, this product isn’t very effective for thick, frizzy hair. While it initially smooths the hair, the results only last about an hour before the frizz returns—even when used alongside creams and a full anti-frizz routine. It may work well for other hair types, but if you have very thick or naturally frizzy hair, this might not deliver the lasting results you’re looking for.

Incorrect Information given on the website
Product wise it's really good. But when you go to the Harvey Norman website and look for this product you can see 8 attachments with this product. But the actual product comes with only 7. The detanling comb is not present but it's given on the website.
When I called Harvey Norman, instead of addressing my issue they asked me to call Dyson directly.

Why change it!
Not sure why we needed a barrel size adjustment for curls. The smaller one is not a good shape for going tighter curls which I feel you need for them to last. The app is a good addition for people who struggle with use. I find the new filter impossible to keep clean. Seems to suck in more dust, perhaps it’s stronger, feels hotter than my last one.

Great Product, Smooth Shopping Experience
Bought the Dyson Airwrap id from Harvey Norman recently — very happy with both the product and the service. The Airwrap works great, styles my hair quickly with less damage, and feels like a quality tool. Staff at Harvey Norman were helpful and the whole process was smooth. Would recommend both!

Disappointed
The thing is that It’s really expensive! and I’m usually happy to pay for make my life easier, but in this case it’s very difficult to use and I don’t have the time to watch tutorials online to learn how to use it! I’m really disappointed.

Great purchase
I bought my Dyson airwrap i.d. for a Black Friday and I am so happy that I bought it. It is lighter for my hand then my previous hair dryer and it is much easier to dry and style my dense hair with it. I am happy with all attachments.

Great festures
Pretty good dryer and attachments. It could use more power and a better filter cleaning system but over all great technology and design. However, a very expensive product for which you hope it has a lifetime guarantee!!!
