Still not sure
I received this for my birthday and I been wanting one for a long time so I was very excited. I love how quiet the hair dryer is but that is about it. I think my expectations were too high and unfortunately I just don’t love it and after several weeks I have gone back to my other hair drying tool.
I have watched endless tutorials and videos but I can’t achieve the right amount of volume, hold and shape that I want and previously achieved. It might take more practise and perhaps smaller attachments as my hair is shoulder length but if I hadn’t thrown away the cardboard box I would have returned it as it isn’t the answer to my hair needs that I hoped it would be.

Really love how the dyson airwrap improved! The dyson airwrap i.d it’s brilliant and i can say now that you can set your own sequences for how long to wrap, how long heat and how long to cool your curls it’s brilliant! I had all airwrap versions and none of them disappointed me in those years! I use the i.d function for the curls and they do last longer and also i use this function with the large round brush just because i like to experiment with it. We all know how annoying was to count the seconds on hot air and then on cold mode 🥹. We just loose the patience…. This is the best version so far! And the conical barrel itself it’s a masterpiece!

Sorely disappointed and feel misled! Burned hair!
Bought this a few weeks ago to try and freshen up my routine and minimise heat damage but it has singed my hair multiple times now and doesn’t style my hair at all. I’ve watched all the videos on the Dyson site but no matter how I try I’m unable to get a curl that looks good or lasts more than 10 minutes, the dryer attachment leaves my hair in knots And their own brush is visibly breaking my hair off unless I use it on the medium to cool setting. I don’t think I’ve ever been for disappointed in a product and am hoping to get a refund. I’d feel too guilty to sell it on! It’s that bad!

Great hair styler
Great on your hair, great overall product , performs well with gentle temperature control would highly recommend. I can’t live without my dyson hair styler, However , I recently had to replace my older model after 5 years and have to say I am not as impressed with the newer version. The WiFi connection appears to be a very unnecessary feature which appears to drive up the cost! I found the previous product expensive but now even more son. Also the round styling brush is a little too large for my mid to short length hair , which meant I
had to purchase an additional brush resulting in more cost .

Amazing performance and features.
I had this as a lovely gift for Mother’s Day, my straighteners weren’t working well and fancied a change. Love that you can try for 35 days and return if not happy but I love it! The design is brilliant and drys the hair so quickly, there are so many choices with the attachments, round brush gives great volume, brush to smooth and of course the barrels to curl. My hair has never looked better, unlike straighteners it doesn’t dry my hair out and gives my hair a just been to the salon bounce! Amazing and wish I made the switch earlier.

Amazing new features - makes styling so easy!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new Dyson airwap ID simplifies hair styling. As someone who doesn't like to take a long time to get ready I can have a full volume head of bouncy curls that last within 15 minutes or less.
Having straight / slightly wavy fine hair usually means that curls don't last too long, but the new Bluetooth system ensures styling for the right amount of time , changing the temperature to ensure the curls hold. I can wake up the next day with curls still bouncing!
Lots of comments on my hair and even my teenage son has asked me if I'd been to the hairdressers!

An amazing hair tool for non frizz lasting results
I've not long had this and I absolutely love it !!! I've used it 3 times and find it so easy to use . I have wavy hair that I was using so many products to enhance my curls but now o have the look of a bouncy blow out with no frizz that I can run my fingers through and it lasts for days , even after sleeping on it and in the damp mornings ticking it up inside a bobble hat. I love all the attachments and find them easy to put on and off my air wrap. The ergonomics of the air wrap are really good I love how as your using it , it doesn't blow around the other hair you've not sectioned all about and love how easily it wraps the hair you're styling . It's light weight and easy to use and hold while styling hair on yourself which is brilliant as I suffer with arthritis in my hands and wrists through many years of hair dressing . The technology is so clever from how well the attachments work as well as the wrap itself. Although I need to understand how to use the app to use the id part of it as I haven't managed to navigate that very easily so far. Overall I'm more than impressed with my air wrap id and would highly recommend it especially how easy it is to use and that it has nice long barrels and how long my styled hair lasts .

Nice product
I was looking forward to having this airwrap for ages and I finally bought it.
It is nicely designed, quite a big box tho so needs some space for storage!
I am still learning how to use it and learning every time, it is not as easy as all these videos. Not sure yet, my opinion is divided 50/50, the dryer is great, curls don't stay too long unless I spray it and the cool shot is not available only if you use an app. But it is a bit strange that to use app settings you have to have your app open every time, so not that convenient...
Dyson always been number one for me and I will keep learning, my recommendation is to buy an older model with a cool shot.
