Do not bother
Machine has a fault. Many people reported that the power dial stops working all of a sudden. On my third use the power dial died. This seems like a common issue. Also the mulch container allows particles to fly out and dies not fit secure to the unit. Additionally the central compartment holds juice everytime you use it and you have to attempt to drain it out which is not 100% possible. An absolute waste of money and a very poor juicer by Sage. I obviously returned immediately. Bring back the Heston Blumenthal version as it was your best and worth the money.

nice juicer
Bought the juicer couple of months ago can say it’s a really lovely gadget, it’s easy to put together, quick and does clean easily. I give it four starts because;
1: not all fruits are compatible with it and doesn’t juice as it’s supposed too.
2: The remnants container is loose makes the pitch and all to go everywhere.

Wow I’m impressed how good it is. Very good packaging It’s stable, easy to assemble, easy to clean, not messy a tall!. It’s not bulky! Is just normal size of a juicer who can extract 2l or even more at ones. Well maybe it is too big for one person or two. But if you have family it’s perfect. Special with the big pulp bin behind, I found so practical! No need to open and clean constantly! All the parts seems to be very good quality tick BPA free plastic made. If you make juice regularly it’s very much worthy even though it would last for life with care :)

Efficient juicer and so easy to clean!!
I purchased this juicer as an upgrade to the previous model.
I had the previous Sage juicer for over 10 years and used it almost daily.
This model has all the benefits of the previous model with improved design features.
It is super easy to use and clean and produces creamy velvety juice whilst maintaining its nutrient content by keeping the juice cool.
I also like the large family sized jug to collect the juice, as I batch juice and freeze it in mason jars. I defrost it in the fridge for 24 hours and it is still as fresh as the day I made it.

nice juicer, needs improvements
The juicer is bulky and there is a canister behind as the one you see on the side. There is some juice still left on the machine processor and you need to dismantle everything to get it. There is a lot of cleaning for a glass of juice. The waste is not complete dry so it needs cleaning as well. Not sure if I will recommend to a friend, as at this stage needs development.

A really good juicer
This is so quick and generally easy to clean. Only 4 stars as not everything quite fits together fully when you juice. The remnants collector at the back is sometimes a bit loose and the pitch etc goes everywhere.
