Plug it in and off you go! This machine is so easy to use. Let it do all the thinking for you, every step is explained on the screen, so no need to take a look at the instruction booklet. Throw in your beans, fill up the water tank, and milk for your lattes and cappuchinos, and a lovely smooth coffee is made in a minute. Saving money everyday, without the take out coffee cups piling high. Win, win!

Best coffee machine ever!
I love my coffee. Usually without milk but since this machine has all the milk functions I enjoy it too. Espresso doppio is on another level and machine allows you to add extra coffee when your cup is larger. Really happy with it and delivery was fast too. I highly recommend DeLonghi, my previous coffee machine was DeLonghi Icona which lasted me over 7 years.

We are all very big coffee fans and everyone in the family drinks coffee everyday. We love all the different options that are available such as a latte macchiato, flat white and espresso. There options that we have never thought to try before purchasing the coffee machine such as the cappuccino mix and the espresso SOUL. We are very happy with the product.

Nice pice of equipment
Overall good coffee maker. Very nice coffey. You need to change coffey cup size to fill a regular size cup otherwise you will end up with Cappuccino of a size of espresso. Half the time coffey link app doesn't work.
Takes forever to set up on app. App doesn't find any recipes.

Great coffee machine, we had previously DeLonghi elata which was working ok for some years but this has much more options and it's much more configurable.
