This Service Includes:
- Unpacking of appliance
- Positioning of appliance
- Electrical installation of appliance
- Power up
- Test the appliance to ensure there are no faults
- Removal of your old appliance
- Removal of all packaging
Installation service is only available for cooking products, such as electric cookers and hobs.
The current lead time for completing installations is 4 - 6 working days. Please note that this may vary depending on the location as some areas are busier than others.
Recommended for electric cookers, and hobs.
*Installations are subject to an on-site assessment before any work can commence. All installations are on a like for like basis regarding positioning, electrics and plumbing. We don't currently offer gas installation. Installation must be purchased with a delivery service. Prices may vary for selected large appliances.
This product only covers the installation of 1 unit. For the installation of multiple units you must purchase additonal installations.

Fresh start with the Bosch series 4
I Bought the Bosch series 4 oven, purely as I really hate cleaning the oven.. and this one comes with a serious self clean programme, so fingers crossed. Rapid heat up setting is great, halves the heat up time.. installation was quick and very friendly as was the purchase and delivery. The oven is very black and glossy, nice but not matte as I thought it looked in the pics. As others have said it’s a bit difficult to see the markings for the settings in a dim light. Small issue, overall a great oven

Doing it properly!
As I purchased my new oven online on Black Friday evening I thought it might take a while to be delivered and installed. It happened the following Monday morning by appointment. On the day, they even contacted me to see if the installation could happen a little earlier than planned. Very impressive!
The two lads were very polite and took advice on how to the get oven into my apartment. They used it, did the job, took away the old oven and all packaging in double quick time!

Really bad
I have purchased 3 items. Dishwasher washing machine and a cooker. To be sure that it is going to be connected properly I paid for an installation as well. Every piece was 40 eur to be installed. As a result when the man came to my house he found it difficult to be installed as he told me and I had to pay not 40 but 50 eur for an item.funniest that he couldn't install the cooker but still charged me for the big job he has done. It Is absolutely incredible..

Great installation service.
The installation service from Harvey Norman is fantastic. Two friendly and knowledgeable guys installed our oven. They were very quick and efficient and took away all the packaging etc. They wore masks the whole time and made us feel very safe whilst they worked. Great service. I have used other stores for installation in the past and they were poor in comparison to Harvey Norman's service.

I paid for my chimney hood to be installed, it was well worth the money. The two guys were very courteous and wore their masks/PPE. They completed the job then advised me on the operation of the hood. When were finished they removed my old chimney hood and all of the rubbish. Very pleased.

The delivery and installation was really first class and couldn't be faulted.The 2 lads were extremely professional one unboxed the purchase and had it ready to install while the other uninstalled the cooker and installed the new one and checked before leaving.😀👏👏

Check installation
Hob kept blowing plug fuse after installation, had another electrician check it, load was too great for the socket so needed to be direct wired which was done and now operates without issue. Don’t fit with a plug if suggested by installer.

Poor service. Opened product, didnt install it
Poor service. Opened product, didnt stall it because my area was half an inch too small. Wouldnt cut wood even though its a simple job. Product was opened so couldnt be returned. Wont be using this service again
