This Service Includes:
- Unpacking of appliance
- Positioning of appliance
- Plumb in of appliance
- Hanging of integrated door and reversal of door if required
- Power up
- Test the appliance to ensure there are no faults
- Removal of your old appliance
- Removal of all packaging
Integrated install service is only available for integrated products, such as integrated washing machines,dishwashers and fridges.
The current lead time for completing installations is 4 - 6 working days. Please note that this may vary depending on the location as some areas are busier than others.
Recommended for Integrated dishwashers,washing machines and Fridges/Freezers.
*Installations are subject to an on-site assessment before any work can commence. All installations are on a like for like basis regarding positioning, electrics and plumbing. We don't currently offer gas installation. Installation must be purchased with a delivery service. Prices may vary for selected large appliances.
This product only covers the installation of 1 unit. For the installation of multiple units, you must purchase additional installations.

Outstanding installation team!
They called in advance, arrived on time and were a pleasure to deal with. They removed my integrated dishwasher which was fitted in place in my kitchen. They unpacked and installed my new dishwasher, removed all packaging and ran a test cycle. They were courteous, professional and got the job done within 40 minutes.
Having recently renovated our kitchen, I was a little nervous about potential damage but this was not the case. I cannot speak more highly of them.

the installation team was very professional, helpful and friendly- installed the appliance quickly in a very tight space (they had to remove temporarily the door for the press under the sink because it was in the way and had no complained about it) and took rubbish and old appliance with them; the only issue was that according to the template provided with the new appliance the door that goes in front of it needed new holes drilled; because they were supposed to be very close to the old/current ones I was advised to get wood filler for them and once they are filled to contact harvey norman again to put the door on (at no extra fee); I bought wood filler but before filling the holes in I put the template against the appliance to discover that it was incorrect; the holes currently on the door were perfect so I just fit the door myself;

Integrated fridge installation
I recently purchased an integrated fridge and paid 90 euro for installation which I think is alot. The fridge was installed fine, however the installer cut the electric lead off the old fridge and left that behind. He informed me when leaving there was a bag of screws and plastic parts to be binned. For 90 euro I expect the complete fridge to be taken away including the cable and screws and plastic pieces from the door. I felt ripped off.

Excellent service, product and value for money
I purchased a Bosch integrated dishwasher online from Harvey Norman. They offered the additional installation service for €99 which was a good investment from my perspective. The team came with the product on the date agreed, ringing in advance to ensure the time suited. They removed the old dishwasher and fitted the new one very efficiently. They were very helpful and friendly. I had an excellent purchasing experience with Harvey Norman.

Very efficient, courteous and professional. Arrived at the agreed day. Phoned before they arrived to say what time they would arrive. Removed the old fridge and inserted the new one. Took away all the packaging from the new fridge and removed the old appliance also. A very neat job, because the outer door seems to close better than it did on my old fridge. All the time adhering to health and safety by wearing protective face masks.

Paid the instalation for nothing
One of the worst experience ever with this instalation process, I paid 100euro for install and they just screw the hood in the wall and the chimney was left on the side because this hood doesn't have an adaptor to be connected to the ventilation tube, they said that I will get a discount beaucase they couldn't do the installation proper so almost 2 weeks later no signal of any mail,call for that discount.

Could do better - lacked attention to detail.
The installers were friendly and punctual, and communication was on par. However, I had to redo the installation as the appliance was not flushed nor centered in the accommodating bay. It didn't take much to get it right, so one wonders why the installer struggled in the first place, and after two attempts I preferred to let the team go and do it my self.

High Quality Service
I was very happy with the quality of the installation and the convenience of the process. They were quick, professional and very polite. They even took the time to adjust the doors on my integrated fridge/freezer so it was more secure and aligned with the appliance better. Did a much better job than I could have if I'd spent all day at it!

Could not recommend Harvey Norman Delivery and Installation of my integrated dishwasher highly enough. It was worth every extra cent. Delivery was on time. Old dishwasher disconnected and taken away with all new packaging. New dishwasher installed and tested and all within an hour. Patricia, Clonee.

Guys were friendly and professional. They finished the installation quickly.
Just one thing to keep in mind that they can't touch furniture at all. I had to get a handy man to cut the skirting board a little bit so the door can fully open. I wish Harvey norman guys were allowed to do that too.

Efficient but would appreciate the days notice
Staff unexpectedly showed up at 9am on Saturday morning, no heads up was given to us at least a day before. Other than this installation was quick, efficient, staff was nice. Small complain is that guys left few scrapes on the wooden floor when moving fridges.

Length of time between on line order and delivery longer than would have expected 4 days. When the new appliance was installed there was a considerable mess made and all parts of the old appliance were not removed .

Made a mess
It was a rainy day when the guys came. After the installation, our living room carpet and kitchen floor were full of mud from their shoes and the trolley. I spent hours to clean the mess.
