Take the hassle out of setting up your new appliance. Not only can we deliver your appliance, we can have one of Home expert professional installers do the hard work.
This Service Includes:
- Unpacking of appliance
- Positioning of appliance
- Power up
- Test the appliance to ensure there are no faults
- Removal of your old appliance
- Removal of all packaging
The current lead time for completing installations is 4-6 working days. Please note that this may vary depending on the location as some areas are busier than others.
Recommended for fridge/freezers, microwaves and dryers.
*Installations are subject to an on-site assessment before any work can commence. All installations are on a like for like basis regarding positioning, electrics and plumbing. We don't currently offer gas installation. Installation must be purchased with a delivery service. Prices may vary for selected large appliances.
This product only covers the installation of 1 unit. For the installation of multiple units you must purchase additonal installations.

Too expensive and really didn't go the extra mile...
Far too expensive to unpack and plug in a fridge. Most disappointingly they didn't ask or offer to see if the doors were on the preferred side. It was clear that the way the doors opened was not very practical and should have been reversed. Lazy and inconsiderate. Very annoying to have to get them out again to reverse the doors and wait 5 to 7 days to get it done. Should have been done on the day! I'm more and more furious as I type and have downgraded it to the lowest score possible now.

Home appliance Connect
Though I paid to have the item installed when I arrived home and the fridge was still in the box. The docket said that they had installed it. I then had to wait for another week before i had a fridge operational I will say the customer service representative I spoke to was very obliging and did organise for them to return.

Plugging in an appliance isn't installation
I bought a large fridge freezer from harvey norman and paid for installation. I was quite dissapointed to learn at delivery time theis cost did not include switching the doors to left side. To make matters worse, the new fridge was leaning, which i thought was my wonky floor. I learned long after the installation crew were gone both front legs were on the right side. Paul and jack were lovely guys, but i really feel harvey norman let me down.

Just OK. Don't expect much.
They did an OK job. But anything you ask is extra. And it's not mentioned. Example, we asked if they can change the direction of the door of the fridge. They said it's extra, although it's not mentioned anywhere. Such service must be within the scope of delivery and installation. And also, they asked e to pay separately for delivery and for installation. What's the point of installation fee if you won't do basic requests.

No update on delivery
Our fridge had broken and needed a new one asap. No option for quicker delivery and no note of when the expected delivery would be. I had to contact customer service twice to try speed it up. The installation was great though. There was two guys doing it which was needed as our stairs are narrow. They were great!

Fast, easy, fantastic!
The fridge was connected less than five minutes after arrival, and all the wrapping, carton and plastic removed less than five minutes afterwards. Happy it was all taken away, good to know my garbage won't end up somewhere where it damages the environment. Thank you!

YOU NEED AN INSTALLER
I thought I could simply plug it in and stick the water tube on the old fridge onto this one
but NO the guy installing was also the driver and he had to remove the back panel screw this and that
I would have made a mess even if I had the time to read the f manual

East and effortless purchase and installation
The appliance was with me in two days as promised. It was delivered on time and the delivery person had communicated the delivery time the day before and on the morning of delivery. They installed, removed all packaging and the old unit.
