Comfort and efficiency all rolled into one
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old hot tub came supplied with a thin bubble wrap type sheet slightly bigger than hot tub. This is a nice thick sponge mat that is way bigger than the tub so that it nice to stand on when getting in and out of hot tub. Also makes it comfier sitting in tub as well as helping reduce heat loss

The price balances the performance
This is a jigsaw which is not clear when you buy it. Very flimsy it should be 1 piece with folds in order to make it transportable . That’s said I told there is an alternative you do need it and it is quiet reasonable so it balances itself out

Thin foam mat to go under spa. It locked together OK. It had one small blemish. Not as thick as I had expected. Very much bigger than tub so provides some protection when getting in and out

Thought it was going to be thicker and more robust, and interlock more positively. Cannot comment on its effect on heat retention as impossible to quantify without specific test equipment

Floor Mat for Inflatable Hot Tubs
Really good and thick, unlike some which are a thin piece of of rubberised material with a foil backing. Would definitely recommend for your lay z spa or any other inflatable hot tub.

Hoping for good heat retention
I am hoping this will be the key to help with heat retention. It’s too early to say yet but I intend to buy another to layer the next time the tub is emptied.
