Super Airbed
Delivery was fast, although the inbuilt pump was broken,I contacted customer care and it was replaced with no quibble. The replacement was perfect, comfortable and does exactly as it claims. The single bed is not very very high, so may not be suitable for an elderly person to get in or out of, otherwise a great portable and comfortable bed for you and your guests. Great customer service from High Street TV.

Impeller broke
On inflating the bed first time, when nearly fully inflated lost pressure. The plastic impeller had shattered completely

Great bed
Fantastic quality, goes up super fast and holds air really well. Great as a spare bed in a small apartment (when deflated it folds up nice and tiday) or to add a bit of luxury to a camping trip. Dropping one star only because if you don't have a 3-pin power supply for the built in pump you will need to use a manual pump as it advises aganst using a different power pump (like a battery or 12V one).

Harvey Norman were more helpful than UPS the delivery driver
Harvey Norman staff were very helpful and attentive in dealing with my dissatisfaction with how the delivery was carried out by UPS. I received no notice from UPS and parcel was placed outside my hall door, in full view of passers by. It could have been hidden from full view but above all, I should have received notification that delivery was on its way.

Great nights rest
Excellent product, inflated really quickly, and kept its shape until i let it down. Slept on it for 2-3 nights at a time for a couple of weeks and had a great nights rest every time.
Stores away easily into its pouch, no bigger than a backpack.
Would highly recommend it and indeed have done to family & work colleagues

Disappointed
Bought and using since a week. From the first day the air pressure is low by the time u wake up in the morning. My son sleeps on it and he is a very light little boy even though the pressure goes away. Looks cool but very disappointed with the results. The air pressure doesnt stay until morning.

The airbed hasn't been slept in yet. Easy to inflate and deflate. It's been inflated for over a week and it's still pretty firm - will inflate before visitor arrives
