Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great results [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been delighted with my new ovens overall performance. The most important criterion for choosing this oven was its rating by the Good Housekeeping Institute. I wanted an oven which would bake/roast/grill to exceptional standards as light love to cook. It has exceeded my expectations. I also wanted it to look good in my kitchen and to have great features. One of the best is that the fan shuts off when you open the oven door. Such a revelation. The controls are straightforward and I look forward to the pyrolytic cleaning function. As yet I have not tried that out. I would highly recommend this oven to anyone.

I always longed for a Neff and now I own one. What a revelation the thought that has gone into this oven is mind blowing. Every last detail has been well thought out. The cooking is the proof of the pudding as they say, and my first pudding proved this without doubt. I'm looking forward to many years of cooking with this wonderful oven. If your wondering about is this oven worth its price then all I will say it's I believe it's head and shoulders over any other brand.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice oven - but odd little things niggle I wanted to give this 5 stars - I really did, but some little things make me wonder what the designers were thinking of. Ultimately, our previous 20 year old Neff oven was simpler and easier to use. Positives: Clean modern design, the shift control is precise and easy to use, feels and looks like a quality piece of kit. Not tried yet, but the pyrolytic cleaning should make cleaning a more pleasant task. Negatives: - The row of symbols for the type of heat across the top are decorative only - they are not touch controls, and do not light up to show the heating method selected. - At each shelf position there is a single support rail, with just a 'hook' over the top to stop the shelf tipping when you pull it out. This method seriously restricts how far you can pull the shelf out - with the old style double support rail you got a good 2-3 inches more travel, which is much better in use. So I started to look for telescopic rails (more expense) but search of the Neff spares web pages does not show any compatible telescopic rails. However, a link on the Q&A pages does get you to a compatible set (although bizarrely a search using the resulting part number finds no matching part) - The default display shows heat type, temperature and elapsed time since oven was turned on. When you set a countdown timer the default display continues to be displayed and you have to press a button to see the remaining time left on the timer, which is displayed for a few seconds only. If a timer is running, then the sinble most important thing I want to see at a glance is the amount of time left on the timer. I do not want to have walk to the oven and press a button to see it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A true champion [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to wait until I had used my oven for a good while before writing a review, to see if any issues cropped up and to assess how it performed over time. I kept waiting for something to happen .... but it never did! It has never once let me down. It holds the temperature beautifully, the temperature settings are excellent, and true, and the self-cleaning a godsend. In addition, the interior space is far more generous than almost any other oven of the same dimensions. In short, I can always count on my Neff.

Poor service on part of neff, they could have easily send a replacement bulb, but want me to pay extra as this is not covered under warranty! and completely unwilling to help.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very happy customer with new oven [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had Neff products before, so when rebuilding our kitchen we went for them again. This model of oven is sleek and well-designed. There are many cooking options (even one for setting dough to rise!). The user instructions look a little daunting at first, but if you follow them step by step you very quickly see that most of the actions you have to take are very intuitive and very soon you find that you rarely have to refer to the manual any more unless you are doing something unusual. Very happy!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Impossible to clean This is the worst oven I have ever purchased. The instruction manual is complex. I had to call an engineer out to change the bulb, as it was impossible to turn. Cleaning the oven door glass is impossible. We watched videos on YouTube, read the manual and still was unable to remove the different sections of glass to clean. Removing the door was the easy part, but trying to remove the glass was a different matter. Had to use a thin ruler, wrapped in a cloth to slide between the panes. A simple video or detailed manual would solve the problems.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great but a few issues My 15 yrs old Neff oven had broken down and I bought another Neff oven. Sadly the viewing area is smaller than old one. Another thing annoys me is the light. There is no light only function which previous old model had. This new model's light comes on everytime when I open the door, which is not necessary. Another thing is baking/roasting tray. Since one long side is tilted thus smaller area to cook. This model advertise pyrolitic cleaning but actual instructin uses different words: self cleaning.
