Oven works well, but bad HomeConnect connectivity
This oven is lovely, but to say its "Smart" and has "HomeConnect" connectivity should be reported to trading standards. I work in IT and connectivity and it just doesn't work. I spent 4 hours trying different Wifi bands on the router, connecting and reconnecting the Oven. It connects 20% of the time and when it does. The only thing it tells me is the oven is warmed up on the app and only every now and again. The temperates are wrong, it doesn't let you start up the oven remotely. You can't click any of the options on the app. It just doesn't work. I have 20-30 smart devices in the house working perfecting, this is the only one I've had such a bad experience with.

Definite upgrade
Having deliberated for a very long time about which oven/brand to get (Overthink everything) I am absolutely loving this oven. Taking time to choose the right cooking options (Baby steps) is a little daunting at first but in no time at all we are fully up to speed and the results are amazing.

Not so Smart Oven
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have issues with the oven telling me that it had reached selected temperature. In practice was told that the indication is telling me that the oven temperature has been reached where the sensor is not the whole oven. Bought a oven temperature gauge and when the oven indicated it was at 200c is was actually only at 160c. Leaving for another 5-10mins was required. So not such a smart oven.

Great oven
Needed a new oven after my 24 year old one gave up. Decided on this one, loved the look of it. fitted like a glove in the cupboard, which I was abit worried about. Only used the top oven so far as don't do big meals these days. It cooked great, will try the main one soon. So easy to use, like setting the clock & timer for cooking etc:

Fantastic Double Oven
The oven is very capable and now I've more or less mastered the controls which are different from previous NEFF Double Oven. The WiFi control is very tech, albeit not sure when it'll be handy. If your in the market for a quality oven I'd go for NEFF every time even when a bit more expensive than others but well worth it.

This was a replacement oven for an old neff that broke down disappointed that the they do two fan ovens now. The new oven has WiFi, but for the price you have to remember to turn the dial before leaving home, to use the remote function! Unless I'm doing something wrong

Outstanding functionality
Completely deleted with this oven. All the programs ensure perfect cooking. Though the top oven is not fan assisted, it's functionality is also excellent.
