Lovely looking stylish cooker, oven is brilliant, but there is only 2 settings for grill, either half the grill on or all the grill on and you have to have the door closed, so you cant turn the heat up or down and you are meant to have the door closed, so it's a job to see if your food is done, so how do you grill fish fingers for eg

Excellent buy !
Really pleased with this cooker. The main oven is a great size with three shelves so cooking many things at once is no problem. The hob is very easy to clean. The rings heat up very quickly and also when you turn them down the heat goes down really quickly (usually with an electric hob you have to think ahead to turn things down because of the cooling time). Excellent cooker for a great price, excellent design looks great in our kitchen, also the self cleaning option is great. Would definitely recommend this cooker.

Good quality product
I am enjoying using the Zanussi free standing electric cooker. However it does have quite a drawback in that the knobs on the hub have no indication as to where they are pointing which is difficult for older users. A small white stripe in the raised part would be helpful. When I knob is all black you cannot see at a glance.

Almost perfect
Hob much more responsive that I'd expected (I have had gas for past 25 years).
Grill is either on or off - no heat settings.
Control knobs need a visual marker to be clear where they are turned to. Being all black it is not easy to see the tactile mark.

The oven, grill and hob work well, but the door of the top oven has a constant infuriating rattle each time the cooker is touched unless you hold the door handle. This was not the case with the Zanussi cooker that this replaced.

Nearly perfect
Control knobs should have a white pointer for clear visibility of setting, I'm not always sure I have switched them off.
No Splashback available which would allow two extra functions, keeping the hob clean and safe when not in use and saves tiles from unnecessary splashing.
Grill appears under-powered.
Fan in oven very noisy.

Ok, but not as good as my previous Zanussi
Bought this as a like-for-like replacement for my previous Zanussi double oven.
What I do like is the fact that the top oven now is self-cleaning like the bottom oven. I also like the hob heat indicator, which I didn't have on my old one.
What I'm not keen on is the grill pan/baking tray that has no handle.
Also the oven shelves are made with the outer edge bar creating a 'lip' so it's not easy to remove flat baking trays when wearing oven gloves. You can't just slide bakeware out of the oven.
The timer beeper is also really quiet.
The back steam vents chuck out A LOT of steam (I never had these on my previous model)
And, first time using the grill for a prolonged period (grilling burgers), it cut out (light and heating element). It eventually started working again but now I'm currently waiting for an engineer to investigate why this happened

Lovely cooker but poor knob identifivation
It's a great cooker but the knobs are coloured all black and it's very difficult to see the marker for the temperature. The grill pan is very big and could do with a handle or even a smaller grill pan included. I live alone and have kept the small grill pan from my old cooker.
