Good product
Very effective but I have a question that I cannot find the answer to. The 3 horizontal lines appeared in the display and a beeping sound occurred after I ad switched the cooker hood off. I cleaned the metal mesh filters in warm, soapy water, as instructed, as when they were dry I replaced them. However, it is still beeping after I turn the hood off. The filters were not particularly greasy but I washed them again, just in case.

Why are air side vents on show please?
Have just had this installed with side air vents in show snd internal electrical smd tubing visible. Is there a way to hide the venting please as it looks ugly and isn't visible on any pictures I had seen before choosing this hood. Many thanks.

Easy to fit
Removed the old one and fitted this in around 1 hour. We like the touch controls, no buttons to get dirty etc. Not sure about the filters, these seem very flimsy but time will tell. The lights could be a tad brighter but they are ok. Sound levels are reasonable. A paper template with the mounting holes marked is always a good idea and it would have been nice to have one. This would stop the need for using tapes and then rulers as there is no room for 1 millimetre out in both horizontal and vertical planes, as there are no means for any adjustment. With my old one you could adjust a few millimetres, maybe something to look at?? But all in all we are VERY happy with our purchase. Just ensure you measure 6 times and drill once :)

A bit noisy

Stylish NEFF Cooker Hood
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been brilliant from day one. 4 levels of extraction, LED lighting over the hob and not too noisy. The filters are so easy to take out, drop in the dishwasher and put back again. It does what it says on the 'tin' but with style.

Smart looking & effective extractor
Arrived extremely well packaged and protected. All the stainless steel surfaces were covered with removable protective film. Assembly and fitting was pretty easy for a competent DIY person, even easier by a professional electrician which I used !

Powerful
