I love the AI and how it washes
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's quieand I love the SmartThings technology. I can set the wash and the machine sets the degrees, spin and how long it will take. As I can control and monitor it from my phone, it's brilliant. That way I stay up-to-date with how long it has left to finish. It also alarms on the device and my phone when it has finished. When setting the wash on my phone it asks you what type of cloths/garments are in the tub and a few other questions.
It saves me money as well as it is an A rated appliance. I love how many different washes there on your phone (4 more than on the appliance).

Good size but flaw in drawer dispenser design
Machine has plenty of functions which is great but does not have a spin only option if you just want that one extra spin. Also, I would avoid if you are going to house this machine under a counter top or in an island as I have done because the drawer doesn't pull out very far, I have had to buy special small cups in order to load my detergent and fabric conditioner. Also, make sure you make a note of the serial number for the machine before you install it as you need it to register your warranty and it's a great shame that I now have to get the machine back out of the island just to register the warranty. The instructions say that the serial number can be found on the front door of the machine but that's either outdated information for older machines or someone has forgotten to add to my machine.

Great Machine
Seems to wash well and get stains out. Only used a handful of times. Really like the clean drawer feature, where it sprays the drawer with water so its clean. Integration with app a brilliant feature. Long cycle times, but clothes clean and energy low

Very quiet machine that cleans really well
Just recently brought this washing machine to replace our old one and I have to say that I am really impressed with the capacity and the quietness of the machine during both the wash and spin cycles. Admittedly our old machine was more than 10 years old, but the clothes do come out cleaner with this one. With 4 of us in the household (two 9 year olds), our old machine was on every day of the week, so far, this machine is on every other day, which must mean I'm saving, not just on detergent, softener, but also on electricity especially as the wash cycle is much shorter, so super impressed.

Great machine would definitely recommend
Really happy with the product. Large capacity drum means we’re doing less washes overall but still emptying the washing basket. We found it to be much quieter than our old machine and really stable during the spin cycle (we put it on some rubber feet). Yes some of the cycles are long, but it has a great energy rating and just means you have to be more proactive when doing your washing. There are a couple of quick cycle options anyway for when you need a quick turnaround. WiFi enabled and great features in the app like being able to check how long it’s got left or getting a notification when it’s finished. Can start the machine from the app so you can time it to finish for when you get home for example.

Great capacity
This machine provides a great capacity which helps a lot for us as a family of 4. Performance and energy efficiency is great. Wifi connectivity helps to monitor energy usage and washing progress.

Very quiet and ample space
Got this machine to replace my old Samsung which had lasted over 10 years. This one is much bigger so can fit duvets which I wanted to be able to wash. It's very quiet when running and you can turn off the musical noises easily. The different programs aren't clearly explained in the accompanying booklet but you can find information online. Some (the more energy efficient ones) are very long at nearly 3 hours so I don't use them very often. The shorter standard settings are great. I find it difficult to judge how much detergent to add because the drawer is just a large void with no clear guidance. Seems to work well though. Couldn't get it to connect to Smart Things but that may be because the utility room is too far from the router.
