Good reliable and straight forward washing machine
The drum size is great for the total size of the machine. It's cycle time and cleaning performance is great so far. I like the fact that I can control it from my phone and get reminders once a cycle is complete. Basically a great machine for the price.

the washing machine itself is very elegant, quiet device. I really like the music when I turn on the washing machine and set the program. I have Samsung TVs and phones and I couldn't imagine buying a washing machine of another brand

But:
Manual is useless and contains little information about function;
Three pin plug has grown in size compared to previous machine and that one was larger than normal.

this machine so quiet hardly hear it working, set connectivity was so easy, performance is great, lots of different cycles to choice from and download. Super enery efficient. So good so far. Not that expensive either.

Very energy efficient. Smart things helps me keeps tabs of my wash and the wash cycles were as expected. The washing machine sometimes adjust the wash cycle/time but this I noticed only happens with heavy wash.

Big drum, works great
Upgrading from an 8KG drum and do notice the bigger size, it's very welcome. No issues with it so far and it seems a decent bit quiter than my last machine which was also a Samsung.
