I’m genuinely impressed with the Samsung Series 5 AI EcoBubble washing machine. From the very first wash, it was clear this appliance is designed to make everyday laundry easier and more efficient.
One feature I especially love is the SmartThings app connectivity. Being able to receive a notification on my phone when the wash cycle is finished is incredibly convenient and means I no longer forget laundry in the machine. It’s a small detail, but it makes a big difference in daily life.
The machine is also quiet and smooth, even during spin cycles, and the drum is gentle on fabrics while still handling heavily soiled laundry with ease.

Great machine would definitely recommend
Really happy with the product. Large capacity drum means we’re doing less washes overall but still emptying the washing basket. We found it to be much quieter than our old machine and really stable during the spin cycle (we put it on some rubber feet). Yes some of the cycles are long, but it has a great energy rating and just means you have to be more proactive when doing your washing. There are a couple of quick cycle options anyway for when you need a quick turnaround. WiFi enabled and great features in the app like being able to check how long it’s got left or getting a notification when it’s finished. Can start the machine from the app so you can time it to finish for when you get home for example.

Big drum, works great
Upgrading from an 8KG drum and do notice the bigger size, it's very welcome. No issues with it so far and it seems a decent bit quiter than my last machine which was also a Samsung.

Great machine especially for families
Fantastic machine- really helps keep on top of the baby and family washes. Great to have the download option for new settings and to be able to run and look after things in the app very happy with my purchase.

Age is no barrier.
Well we had an machine for over 15 years bearings went. So time for an upgrade. Browsing online, found same machine as My NEW Samsung Series 5 AI ecobubble™ 11kg Washing Machine, but prices varied, so did the warranty, best deal was with Harvey Norman for exact same machine, so purchased and am very happy with my purchase. I'm no expert, but its very quick and quite compared to my previous machine... having used the Samsung for past few weeks. Well I'm delighted with my choice, does what I want it to do, no more pushing a machine back into its space, unlike my old one.
Menu on Samsung machine takes me a little time to get up to speed. But for 60+, I think I can cope with the features as time progresses, I will have to use my glasses to make sure, I have it set correctly. Clothes come out
Clean and almost dry. My son has it setup on his mobile, but he uses his way, I just prefare the button on the machine and it displays my choice from menu and away I wash... Happy Customer.
