If there is a better washing machine by any other manufacturer then I suggest, buy it
Practical and efficient. We had the benefit of 20 years of faultless service with our old Miele washing machine so it really did not make sense shopping around as we had the proof of the pudding! It was sentimental to see the old machine leave after years of intense service for a family of five and the kids were typical!

Having had my previous Miele washing machine 19 years with not a single repair of any kind, there was no question that the replacement would be another Miele and this machine does not disappoint in any way. Robust with clean lines, very quiet and the add load option is brilliant - highly recommended

I would look for a machine with a better control
The front control knob is very vulnerable. It's always being brushed against that allows it to turn. If any one uses the worktop above it also turns in the same way. A more firmer control would be very beneficial.

Worth the investment
Have had Miele products for many years and had no issues with them. Just bought a new washing machine as my old one of 19 years needed a rest! 😊

Our last Miele washing machine never went wrong in 20 years. Still working when we bought new one. All our white goods are Miele, Great products.
