Stopped after a week. manufacturer unhelpful
, I found the instructions short and inadequate. As to the operation, I was only getting about half an hour operation (without any heat) for a week or so before the thing packed it in altogether. The manufacturer (HoMedics) was very unhelpful: after receiving an email telling me that they would get back to me, same person gets in touch over a week later to tell me to contact the seller for any problems. Hardly the customer service one would expect for such an expensive item. Appalling !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using it for 6 days I have took on a lot of sports and gym time over the lockdown. This has been a god send it’s helped my lower back so much within few days my back is more manageable and my shoulders feel good as new they always used to feel like they had weight on them and now using this gun few minutes a day has made all the difference. I definitely definitely recommend to everyone no matter what mussels are in pain this comes with all types of attachments and a guide with photos how to target pacific areas. This is also good for an athletes training bag as it’s cordless massager.

A great piece of kit for deep muscle massage
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great pro massage tool. It gives deep muscle massage. The gun has three intensity levels, although even at level one it is a strong massage - it is not a soft, relaxing, stress relief type of massage but a strong deep tissue one. There are six interchangeable heads to use on different areas of the body including a heat generating once, which is amazing, and also a gel one that can go into the freezer to give a cooling massage. Lots of pros, the only con is that it is a little heavy to use for too long a period, but overall a brilliant tool that I would recommend.

Quality Treatment
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a fantastic device. Extremely easy to set up and use, yet it gives such powerful results. I am particularly enamoured by the heat and cellulite heads. The heads only need to be placed upon the muscle lightly and the device does all the work on your muscles. I am slowly working up the intensities. One and two are pretty powerful. The heat head gives a nice warmth to the muscles during treatment and the cellulite head, with its many prongs, is comfortable and soothing. I have seen real results already in my Glute Muscles. The poster that advises treatment types and lengths is extremely beneficial. I will get so much use out of this. Fantastic.

So many good features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn’t expecting it to be that good and that much of a use to me but to my surprise i think it’s a device that I can no longer live without. After whole day sitting in a chair in one position with tensed muscles it just work your tension away and feels so soothing. After gym it is a must have to relax stiff muscles. Easy to carry as it comes in a delightfully packed bag. With six attachments it’s a solution for every kind of body muscles problem. I have used the cold and heat attachments and it gives fast recovery to tight knots in body.

Expert equipment for a reasonable price
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a keen runner currently training for the London marathon & have used a few massage guns previous to this. I must say this outclasses them all. The quick charge, is great for those days you have forgotten to ensure it has battery. Aesthetically it is great, with a great carry case that makes taking the massage gun with you to events is really easy. This machine also comes with a heated and a cooling massage head, something my other products did not have. This allows for a greater range of usage for both recovery and injury.

A really fantastic massage gun!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This massage gun is the best piece of equipment i have own recently, its robust, easy to use and very good high quality. It charges very quick and has a long battery life. The different attachments is useful and very handy, the hot head gun is so relaxing that i am falling asleep, it’s the best! Having suffered a back pain for a long time, i can now move much easier pain free. I am using it regularly and i feel a lot better. A very effective massage gun i have ever try, amazing! Overall, it’s a fantastic product!

Love and highly recommend
Bought this for my dad for Christmas and he absolutely loves it! It was a little heavier than expected.
The one pager user guide is super handy and the case keeps everything neat and tidy, so that you do not lose any bits!
We have only tried the lowest intensity, as that is strong enough at the moment dependent on the interchangeable head used!
Overall very happy with this portable massager!
