Not working after 1 week

Not fit for purpose
I wouldn't recommend. My son's watch fell off a table and the screen was badly cracked. It's a DISGRACE that you don't offer any screen replacement or repair options.
In my opinion the Xplora watch is not robust enough to withstand minor falls and it is too high a price point for it to be disposable and for parents to be constantly replacing.
This is my second issue with an Xplora watch. The first one was lost due to a defective strap that cause the watch to fall off with my son was unaware.

Bought the Xplora XG03 watch for my son and the product is fantastic. I can track where he is, call and txt him. It gives great peace of mind. Ordered on line from Harvey Norman and was with me in a couple of days, Great service. Originally went to purchase at store but did not have in store so staff member advised ordering on line, again Great service.

We moved to this watch from imoo watch as we wanted something less childish looking for our autistic son .We are terribly disappointed -battery life is terrible in comparison -it regularly looses connection -when I looked after on other websites I see a lot of unhappy customers -cannot recommend it

Great for tracking and controlled contact not really like a phone. We had reservations but had to buy due to circumstances. Appreciate the safety features- contacts only and limited text options. Not really a game thing but some game

Downfall- it a huge on the kids wrist. Awkward. Might prohibit wearing it, also it s so bulky I worry will get damaged and broken easily,
Easy transaction with Harvey Norman to by and got the additional protection cover to insure against damaged.
