Then there’s intuitive gestures and side button control – navigate quickly between messages, calendars and your next workout.
1. Water resistant to up to 50 meters in depth for 10 minutes under the 5ATM rating. Dust and water resistant up to 1.5 meters for up to 30
minutes under the IP68 rating. It is not suitable for diving or high-pressure water activities.

Notifications?
I got the Fit 3 as a thank you from Samsung for buying the A56. It has now replaced my Fitbit Charge 5 & I'm quite happy with the device. As a basic tracker I don't think you can do any better for the price. I do have just one gripe with the Fit 3 though. On the Charge 5 you could mark notifications as done/dismissed or deleted which would then be synced with my phone. On the Fit 3 my only option seems to be to 'bin' the notification from the watch but doesn't sync with my phone. Given that both the Fit 3 & the Charge 5 communicate via Bluetooth with the phone it's a bit of a shame that I need to go to my phone to confirm notifications from the Fit 3. Perhaps it's something that Samsung could look into for a possible future update to allow users to interact with notifications without needing to go to the phone. I could be missing a trick here but I've trolled through the web to find a way to achieve phone/watch integration for notifications but no joy with that.

Good watch for it's price but Open Swimming app only works when phone is within Bluetooth distance as it does not have inbuilt GPS. This was the main reason for purchasing and is unclear in the sales spec. Otherwise and good functional smart watch with 1 week battery life with medium usage.

Got this for my teenage son for Xmas. Great introduction to a smartwatch. Tracks sleep, steps, activity etc and has a find my phone feature which is very handy. Definitely more high end than I was expecting for the price.
