Product range and options was better than competitors
Product range and options was better than competitors. Upselling of a warranty or something like that in the cart (which i ignored) was a bit obnoxious but its the same everywhere. Delivery was really fast and I had no issues during this transaction. Apart from the warranty annoyances - I was a happy customer.

Functional tracker
Bought this tracker a couple of years ago with extended warranty and was able to replce after 3 years when it malfunctioned - great service from Harvey Norman and love the sleek size of the fitbit charge 6

Fitbit Charge 6 is really good 👌
Great product, Harvey Norman’s price was the best I could find for the Fitbit Charge 6, delivery was quick and arrived in perfect condition. Really pleased with it.
We’ve had three previous/other Fitbits in the family and their after-sale support is really excellent.

Very happy with it, the battery lasts for more than a week, it’s comfortable and provides accurate information. I really like the sleep tracking feature and I used it so far for runs and swims and it works well.
