Well I heard the advert on the radio and it mentioned about sleep, dry eyes and headaches. That is why I bought them. Very easy to set up and use. I use them every single day. There are many different settings. I find my eyes refreshed after use. The pulse setting is very good and helps relieve tension around my eyes and forehead. While I found them expensive I would recommend them.

Tad bit noisy while working.
Great concept but the end result is not so good. There is a base noise as the device works and its hard to try to relax and listen to the soothing audio while all that noise is also going on.
