Duff product
I find the service swift and uncomplicated but this review is because on two occasions the HP cartridge purchased was rejected by my HP printer as being either non HP or empty. The problem then is finding a human to deal with the issue. After a great deal of time I have found a staff member who deals with the matter but rectification/replacement takes time so I end up buying another cartridge. My score is for the product.

I am frustrated that I cannot the change the "Do not leave with a neighbour" instruction on the shipping label.
I telephone HP but was told that they cannot make that change for me. If I am out and the item is not left, then I have to wait two days before I can collect it from the delivery office, and then only if the post man has left two notification cards.

Poor pricing
Ink carteidges we’re fine. Exactly as expected but I was charged €52 for each of them and they were delivered with price stickers of €46.99. I also paid for delivery. Disgusted. Won’t buy ink or computer supplies from Harvey Norman again.

I always buy from supermarkets, but due to the current situation, i had to look on line.
When I use HP printer ink, i just feel XL works out so much cheaper than the little ones.
