I was tasked by someone else to purchase this for them as I have a background in the IT industry and he felt a little out of his depth. The spec for this product was excellent and great value. I had never used a Asus product before but after this purchase, I would have no hesitation. When I took it out of the box, it was a breeze to set up, and what a nice product! And so fast too. I think the solid state storage is the reason and one thing for sure, you'll never run out of space. My friend has a number of devices and this comes with plenty of ports. Screen resolution is of the highest quality, colours good and bright. The Vivobook itself is very slim, right on trend for this type of device. Having looked at everything available within my friends budget, I bought this and really, when I got it home, unpacked, and set it up, it was one of the best IT purchases that I have made in a very long while.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Happy Christmas laptop I found the registration process somewhat fraught due to problems with lag when setting/changing my password. Other than that the laptop seems good. I like the feel of the keyboard which is always important. The length of the power supply cable is a bit on the short side for my own circumstances.

Very easy to set up and has an excellent keyboard I am a retired secretary so have had a lot of experience with keyboards The screen is an excellent size for either browsing or watching TV programmes

I had asus sonicmaster before and it was very good but after a year starting started to be very slow and then very very slow. That's the reason I bought this. Time will tell but at the moment I am very pleased with it..
