They are a bit flimsy taking out of your ear and placing back in the case but just a matter of getting used to it as they are my first wireless pair. Great service from Harvey Norman as usual

I bought three pairs for myself and my two kids to ensure they didn’t miss out on the experience. Only regret is that I didn’t put names on them - not sure if this is possible!

Falling of my ear and does not sit in, can’t return it ( as per store policy ) so need to spend another money for 2 nd gen which were good for me. Can’t take it for exercise, meeting as during talk falling off my ear. Audio sound great but so what if won’t stay in. Premium price not premium design. One star is even too much.

Have replaced my 2nd gen with the 3rd gen and they’re definitely an improvement, better sound and quality when on work calls and they sit in your ears a lot better

The fit in the ears is not fully snug for me but it’s not really a big deal (for me) it’s important to note however that there is NO noise cancelling just like they said! Very good overall!
