Not that great
I have them now a month.
And I'm really not impressed the sound ist that good for me.
Maybe it's that they don't fit in my ears perfect i really don't know.
It's like the sound comes from behind a wall or something.
If i push them deep in my ears it's a bit better but they don't stay there when i let me them go !
So I'm not so happy with them i was at the start With the personi-fi that sets the buds in best for your hearing but that didn't fix anything!
Maybe it's just my ears i really don't know but I think there will be other people with this problem!

Great!!
I currently have these airpods for several weeks, and I love them.
1. JBL's app that lets you link them is great. You can do a hearing test - it's not perfect, but pretty accurate - to set your earpods. Is a must for me, as I am quite sensitive to sound.
2. The case that holds the earpods is strong, nice, and closes well. I myself had the problem with previous earpods that the case did not close nicely, so they were connected to my mobile phone without me wanting to. This does not occur with these earpods.
3. The earbuds do not reduce all background noise, but still to a great extent. It makes it possible to focus better on the sound coming from the earpieces themselves, and you forget environmental noise more quickly.
These were very important points for me, which is why I recommend them.

Unfortunate buy
I'm a JBL fan since the 80's but this product is extremely disappointing to say the least.
The ANC in non existent, the volume is too low & they are the only earbuds I have ever had which do not stay in my ears (they fall off). If I was a company I would feel ashamed to sell this.

Good but not amazing
I have this earbuds from about 2 weeks and I love them. They are light and they stay in the ears, they are very confortable and the sound is good, not amazing, but good. The true adaptative noise cancelling is really effective, you can enjoy your music or your calls without being disrupted by the ambiant noise. The mic are also good. The pairing was immediate with my phone and my computer, it was done without effort. The battery is really great and keeps his promises and the app is really easy to use to personnalize your utilisation.

Fantastic earbuds
I'm absolutely in love with these earbuds, what an amazing purchase. My favourite feature is the Spatial Sound, it's surreal! And I also really like the True Adaptive Noise Cancelling feature, it works perfectly. Pairing with my iPhone was not immediate, but once I installed the JBL app everything went smoothly.

Amazing! I definitely recommend!
I’m absolutely smitten with my new earbuds. It’s the first time I use earbuds. And I can’t live without them anymore. I use them almost the entire day. For my work, to relax, to listen to a podcast, … The noise cancelling is very useful. At my workplace, I have some colleagues who love to chat, but sometimes they can chat for hours at a stretch. Then when I’m working on something very important that I need to be focused on, I use this feature, I hear them a lot less and I can focus on my job.
The only downside I’m currently experiencing is connecting multiple devices. The manual was not clear enough, I had to search for a video on YouTube to connect multiple devices. This process should be more clear and smoother.
The battery also lasts very well, I can use the earbuds for quite a while before having to charge them. Which is great for someone who uses them a lot like myself.
I definitely recommend these earbuds.

Impressive sound for this type of earphones
The JBL Live Flex are quite impressive when it comes to sound as I'm not used to such deep bass out of this type of earphones. It's obvious that the Noise Cancelling won't do miracles due to the design but it does cancel out continuous noises fairly well. Normally with these type of earphones I would hear more noises but these are reduced to a good level with the noise cancelling built in.
Like written in the other reviews, these earphones don't fit anyone due to different ear shapes. In my case they fit good but not perfect. Luckily with the JBL Headphones App you can personalize the sound as you desire and I just boosted the bass for it to come through better. And speaking of bass, man is the bass going really low. Never have I ever had such kind of earphones with that deep bass. What I'm missing is a AmbientAware function to hear more what's going on around you. I think that would be possible to implement as there are enough microphones on the earphones. That would be the icing on the cake.
Furthermore I experienced the controls being unreliable sometimes not responding to double tap, rather only detecting one tap resulting in pausing the music instead of skipping to the next song.
Beside these two things I like these earphones but wouldn't pay full price for it. Maybe if you can pick these up at a discounted price I would say they are worth it if you are that type of person who prefers this type of design.

Awful, noise cancelling doesn’t cancel anything. Full volume is genuinely around 25% of normal headphones.
Earbud size is massive, meaning they constantly fall out if you wear them while doing any kind of movement including walking.
