Rated 5 out of 5 by from i recently purchased this mattress and without doubt i can say it is the best purchase i have made on a big ticket item, i did lie on the mattress in the store and think it is like lying on a really big piece of cotton wool that just cuddles you, i did have a bit of hesitation between buying it and waiting for it to arrive thinking that maybe i made a mistake and maybe i have spent way to much on a mattress, but once it arrived and even the first night that i slept on it i knew i had made a great choice (they say it takes a while to adjust to a new mattress) not true with this mattress, my husband also loves it and he was reluctant to get rid of our other mattress. it is truly a great great mattress :):):)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect! After a few weeks of bad night’s sleep we put it down to the mattress we were sleeping on as we could start feeling springs and waking up with pains and aches. We went to Harvey Norman and did not plan on spending this much for a mattress so when we seen it and the price we had to try it out of curiosity. Well from the minute we lay on it I felt every bit of support I had been missing from my old mattress. I always wanted a mattress that felt like it was cuddling me and this did that for sure. I can honestly say it was one of the best purchases I made. We even bought a single for our 5 year old son is growing and we wanted a good mattress to support him. The mattress is such good quality the two delivery drivers had a job on their hands getting it up my stairs as the mattress was so heavy even the single one took two guys to carry. The previous single mattress was so thin compared to it. It took me a few days to adjust to the mattress as I had been sleeping on my old one for 8 years but once I got settled I have never had a better night’s sleep! As I said one of the best purchases that we have made for the house.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed The Viscount was my 40-day exchange of the Imperial, with an additional cost. The Viscount is softer than the Imperial but still too firm for me. In particular the 'button' design has hard plastic underneath the fluffy bauble and negatively impacts my pressure points and are very uncomfortable. Also, I paid the higher cost for Latex which is globally acclaimed as the best for thermal regulation. However, neither the Imperial or Viscount is an improvement on the old mattress I discarded and are completely ineffective for me for any heat regulation. I'm devastated having invested so much.

3.Once the store has confirmed your order and reserved the stock, you will receive an email “Ready for collection”. If you want to use "Contactless Click & Collect" select this option on this email.

4.Bring your "order confirmation number" to the store you selected for pick up, along with photo ID and the credit card you used to make the order.

5.Speak to one of our staff and your order should be processed in minutes.

6.If availing of Contactless Clock & Collect, let the store know you’ve arrived and wait in your car until a member of staff brings your order to you.

If you feel your product has failed a Consumer Guarantee (as defined by Irish Consumer Law) then don't worry you can easily return it to your local Harvey Norman store.
