Poor Customer Service.
*Ordered this Online* Had to return this product as its made for a TV and not a surround system. Will work on a TV though.
My 1 star is for the shocking poor customer service. I emailed them to get a return shipping label after 6 days I still didn't get a reply. Had to phone them, was told to return the item to the store myself (I bought the item online) I told them I wasn't able to return this to a store and I'd need a return shipping label like it states in their return policy. Was told by the customer service agent that they didn't have access to grant these and I would have to contact my local Harbey Norman store myself to arrange this. The label was never sent to me and had to arrange to get to the store and return the online item. Some of the worst customer service I've experienced. I'll think twice before shopping with Harvey Norman again.

It does not work
It just simply does not work, pairs with my headphones but no sound will come through. Terrible product

Not Fit For Purpose
I bought this item a few weeks ago at proved to be the worst thing I ever bought, it simply doesn't work. I tried 2 different expensive headphones and it simply fail to pair with either.

Handy item, especially if you are hard of hearing.
Great little item. I am hard of hearing and I have this connected to the TV which in turn streams the audio to my ear buds. The only down side of this is that it doesn't have a separate power supply. Modern TV's have USB connectors, unfortunately mine doesn't so I had to purchase a USB plug for it but this was only a few quid.

Bluetooth transmitter
I found it to be very good, also so easy to set up! :0) Delighted I got it, I can now - use my Bluetooth earphones.
And to watch what I want, with out disturbing my neighbor, as I'm renting.
Can enjoy a good movie, anytime now. :0) Money very much well spent!!

Didn’t get to use so..
Didn’t get to use it as my tv has a non standard audio cable input (I would need another device along with this one) not this products fault :)

Excellent product. Only issue was the delivery. Product was left on the doorstep of a neighbor in a puddle in lashing rain.
