Foam pads, disintegrating.
I have had a pair of these for over 4 years.The sound quality is exeptional. However. I am disgusted with Sennheiser for the awful quality of the pads. The material disintegrates FAR too easily for a product of such reverence. There are many other makes out there, who provide much better quality to these items, which are as important as the audio, comfort is a major issue here. Guys, you can do so much better. Therefore, I can only award two stars. Oh and the replacements are too overpriced !

Excellent sound quality.
Bought these a month ago to replace a ‘tired’ Sony system. An all round excellent product. The sound quality wit the flexibility, offered, greatly suits my hearing. I found the phones very comfortable. (Must have stock ears)! Exceedingly pleased.
