A good sound purchase. Pun intended.
This is my second purchase.
I was very pleased with my first headphones, which I use for several hours each day, that I decided to buy another pair.
That way, if the battery goes flat on one pair, I still have the second pair to use, whilst I have the first pair is on charge.
Also, I keep one pair upstairs in my bedroom, and the second pair downstairs in the lounge.
They give many hours of operation on one charge anyway, and recharge quickly, so I’m very pleased.
Sound quality is also very good in my opinion, for what is a very reasonably priced product.
I have purchased cheaper headphones in the past, and regretted it very quickly.
I’m a happy bunny!

Loud and painful screeching fault-
Bought this a while ago little over a year maximum. Started out great but as of the past 4-5 months it's been something of a headache. started to experience a loud screeching sound in both sides of the headphones, I restarted my phone and factory reset headphones and nothing changed. I searched up this fault and its happened to many before as of recent and a long time. just shows how they refuse to take in considerations. this screeching noise started of are a rare event but become daily to a point where I was throwing them off my ears due to the pain I was experiencing through them into my ears 2/10 would not recommend for long term use.

Far Exceeded My Expectations
I really wasn’t expecting much from these headphones to be honest. They weren’t expensive, and as the saying goes ‘You get what you pay for’. With that in mind, these headphones far exceeded my expectations. The sound quality is amazing for the price. The sound is immersive, and the bass is pretty powerful. They hold a charge brilliantly too. I used mine pretty solidly for a week and there was still some juice left. I really can’t find anything to gripe about. These will get used a lot, so replacing the ear cushions will be the only issue I can see. Nonetheless, these are a BARGAIN, and I’ll be buying another pair.

So I bought JBL 510 they been good for 3 months but now the head band is lose so they fell off my head all the time in the house battery good bass was good when they were tight but I can hear things as they have gap so back grown noise can be heard very easy they fell off my head tonight and a little tiny bit of plastic wire the wire comes through snapped same thing happened to my old pair of JBL module before this one I took a lose but this time I'm asking can you repair or send me a new pair as very upset they are only 3 months only used a few times the same thing happened in the same place this is a build problem I love JBL so much I even got the 310 JBL party speaker please sort this i gave 5 stars as it's a good product apart from that week spot

Great Headphones
These headphones are ideal for anyone looking for a budget pair of headphones to use on commutes or for general listening. The sound quality is very clear and good but the bass on these headphones can be a touch over powering on some tracks. The comfort is good and the headphones can be adjusted either side to your liking. The headphones don't leak sound that much and the volume is plenty for anyone's taste. Overall will recommend

Love the audio, concerned about reliability
This is the third time I’ve purchased this item, and the first time directly from the official website.
I really like the sound these headphones produce.
What I didn’t like this time is that while paused, the headphones sometimes reconnect to my phone, or they just disconnect entirely. So when I try to play music again after a few minutes, I often have to reconnect them manually. Occasionally, they even reconnect in the middle of playback.
If this is happening now, what can I expect in the future? Could it get worse?
Another issue I’ve experienced with all the units I've had: when the headphones are on but not actively playing, one side makes a quiet ticking sound. I don’t hear it when music is playing, but it’s noticeable during idle moments.
