Connection issues
Within the first few days of owning this product, there was issues, connection problems & charging problems. The ear buds & case charged irregular from one another, a earbud at times didn't charge at all in the case, whereas the other bud did, both (buds & case) doesn't seem to Last as long as advertised, charging far more regularly than previous products, both ear bud has outright cut out during use, not at the same time, there wasn't any ( power off ) or ( low battery ) indicator before cutting off, the bud just stopped working, took 3 factory resets to get it working again. Saddened & disappointed

Good sound quality, poor usability.
I bought these earphones in March and have generally been pretty disappointed by their overall performance. Although the sound quality is excellent, surpassing even my old airpods, their general usability is much poorer. Even though they fit reasonable well in my ears, as soon as it rains on a run they keep slipping out so I end up having to just carry them. Additionally, there are big issues with the earphones not always recognising when they are put in the box - one earphone always seems to keep playing and not disconnecting the bluetooth when I put it in the box. Overall quite unhappy with this product thus far.

Great for everyday, not waterproof as advertised.
Really sad about these.
Sound is great. Fit is great.
However, I specifically bought them for the waterproof functionality so I could use them in the pool (I’m not much of a swimmer).
I took them swimming in the pool for the first time today. The right bud started acting like a broken hearing aid as soon as it hit the water. Whistling and making odd noises. This continued even once removed from the water.
Water activated the touch functions and the Bluetooth looses connection as soon as the bud is immersed.
Right bud is now working again but the crisp sound seems to have been lost.
NOT “built to function for 30min at depths of up to 1.5m” as advertised.
Very very disappointing after spending so much money on them.

Fall out/sound quality poor for price
Fall out of ears constantly (whatever buds options/wings or iterations I use) which is irritating for the gym and running - the reason I bought these. Plus the sound quality is poor ("tinny") for the price of the item. The noise cancelling function is not effective due to poor fitting item. They are bad value in my opinion. Therefore, I am returning for a refund, regrettably. I did really want to like these and tried them a few times but not for me due to the above.

What amazing headphones
The JBL Reflect Aero TWS are great headphones. The look alone makes a big difference, after unpacking I read the quick instructions and I was ready to go. With the included ear tips in different sizes, I quickly found the right size for my ears. The connection to my cell phone was also quite quick, then I downloaded the appropriate app and carried out all the tests for the best possible sound and then it was time to enjoy it. A great sound and really easy to use, I'm super excited about the headphones.

Incredible!
I have used JBL Reflect Aero for 4 weeks. They are very impressive. I've tried many different earbuds before, but these are my favorite all around. Easy to pair and was quick to charge. The comfort, sound quality, and fit are outstanding. I am impressed with its call clarity and noise cancellation technology. They fill very comfy for workout and fit perfectly to your ear without falling off. It’s so nice to never have to worry about them falling out. The charging case is a perfect size, it’s small and includes a wrist strap perfect for taking with you while working out! Easy to connect and can use one or both buds at the same time. Perfect for workouts, trekking. My favorite thing about JBL is sound quality! JBL really did a great job with this.

Great for cycling
I bought these to wear when cycling and they have been superb. They fit really well straight out of the bix, the wings hold them in very securely even when mtbing over really rocky downhills. Sound quality is superb, I set mine on the jazz setting for listening to indie music (pixies to London Grammar) using the very easy to use app on my iPhone. The Jazz setting provides a great soundstage with tight base and clear vocals. Noise cancelling works so well, I can mow the lawn and not hear the mower! The touch sensitive controls work so well and use a logical sequence of taps, these are programmable too. Bluetooth connection to my iPhone was instantaneous with a long range even through walls. All in all a fantastic product and money well spent!

Terrible - fall out of ears, not good for sports
Bought these a couple of weeks ago, they do not stay in the ear while running, in fact they fall out even when you're just walking around. So if you're looking to do sports with these, stay well clear. They come in packaging that's impossible to not rip open... but you cannot return them unless they're in intact packaging. So, overall I am gutted I bought these
