Excellent choice
Absolutely delighted with the Sony 32" W800. The TV couldn't of been easier to set-up, the user interface is very straightforward with clever prompts to bring you through all the features. The picture quality and sound are great, plus being being an android TV you have access to the google play store and can download a large range of available apps in addition to having all the regular streaming services etc. All round great purchase for the price and would strongly recommend if you are looking for a reliable 32" TV.

Excellent viewing quality, one caveat.
This 32" Sony TV is our first smart TV and my wife and I are navigating it tenderly ! For us, who watch mainstream television, the picture image is excellent, with sharpl clarity and colour depth. One disappointment...we expected to get extra sport with NOW TV but found out after purchase that the NOW TV built-in app starts with 43" models. This should be changed.

Channel Switching and Classification
Hello. I like much about my new Bravia 32 inch but disappointed with its ease of use. It has an antenna box for local channels and an internal satellite box. To change from antenna to a satellite channel it requires at least 10 button presses. I haven’t been able to find a quicker route through the tv’s settings or TV or Home buttons. Also if you want to move channels in your favourite list, for example wanting to put all your BBC channels in sequence you can only move the channels one at a time. There is no multiple channel selection. I hope I’m wrong on both counts and some Sony person can show me a quicker way. I have an external Amiko satellite box which I used prior to buying my new Bravia. It’s superior when it comes to switching channels and compiling channel favourite list in different categories. I’m going to reconnect it and bypass Bravia‘a internal boxes. A pity as I like the new interface of the Bravia. I wish I was wrong

Only a month old and going ok. I don't want to jump into a positive review as my last Sony ended in disaster. An older model similar to this and the Netflix and Youtube apps when used on totally random videos would reboot the TV and refuse to play those videos. Factory restarts didn't even fix it.

Yes, it’s a smart tv but some essentials left out
I wanted a smaller sized smart tv & bought this, not realizing it hasn’t got options the next size up has. Shame, good quality picture & sound but doesn’t do basics like Apple TV, so that I’m having to buy a Roku. Bit annoyed shop didn’t tell me this in advance…

What I love is all ther apps you get wsith it.
My daughter bouight this a month ago for my birthday.. I am very pleaserd with it. You have a lot of exciting programmes on the Internet and can really watch want you want. I just love this Sony TV and would recomend it to an yb oldy.

Delighted with this TV small but great for bedroom. Good picture very smart TV. Bluetooth allows ear phones connection. Husband who is confined to bed because of sickness is very happy

I bought this a few weeks ago an I find that I cannot change the numbers of the channels, I could do this on my last Sony so disappointing that I cannot do it on this one
