Stunning display, mediocre OS
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The matte finish on this exceptionally bright QD-OLED really cuts back on reflections extremely. Finally, even having a unfortunately situated window close by, is not a dealbreaker for OLED anymore.
As fantastic the image quality is however, as disappointing is the newest version of Tizen OS. It's an ad-riddled experience, that tries to sell you subscriptions on nearly every screen, even if you uninstall every single app. There was a small issue that prevented me from streaming content from my NAS, but reddit came through on this one.
All in all, a great TV, but only 4* as I long for the days where you could turn on your TV, without it trying to 'bully' you in signing up for yet another subscription service.

Terrible black & white crush
The TV looks absolutely stunning and during the first week I was very happy
However since then I have been having constant issues with both black and white crush, an issue a lot of people in the Samsung community have also reported.
Despite all the evidence Samsung support continue to run more troubleshoots without finding what the issue is. It's been 2 months now and lots of people are having the same issue. I cannot recommend paying a premium for a TV that does not work.

Great TV with some modern features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is certainly has high quality, crisp picture, amazing lighting, and all you would hope for with the price tag. There is a HDMI box included which you can add multiple devices too, which is great in this modern day with so many devices to add!
The sound is great too, I have not needed to switch it high but it projects well - I imagine it will blast if needed!
The Samsung TV is the best I have come across, with so many options to watch streamed tv at no extra cost. Love that, the solar powered remote is super responsive. Hope I don’t lose it down the couch!

Terrible Company
Since day 3 I have had an issue with the TV standby light flashing red for a couple of minutes intermittently. I have been on the phone to their support several times and they have done nothing to help or resolve the issue. Originally when I first called they were going to replace the tv but the support person had input the wrong fault information down for the next level support team and I mistakenly told them that the info was incorrect. They then concluded it was an issue with the smart remote even though there were no problems using it. After a week of going back and forth I requested a refund and they refused even though I was legally entitled to one given there was a fault with the tv itself. They support teams are useless, they don’t call back when you agree a time and date and are doing everything in their power not to help. Five weeks in and I am still awaiting a replacement smart remote control to arrive even though I don’t believe that to be the issue. This is Samsungs Flagship TV for 2025 and I feel I have been taken for a ride by Samsung. I have never known a Company to treat its customers in this way before. My advice is don’t buy from Samsung because once they have your money they don’t care.

Superb television - thoroughly recommended
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had been looking to upgrade my television for some time, and after settling on the size (83" was absolutely the better choice for me than the 77", even with the added cost) I then started the shopping. I had more or less settled on the S93F, but then I wandered into a shop where they had the S93F next to the S95F. Interestingly both were switched off, and the matt surface just hit me that the reflection from the shop window had vanished! When then switching the two on, it was obvious that the S95F was the best choice. Fantastic set, vibrant colours, bright whites and deep blacks. I am so happy with my choice, and absolutely recommend it!

Overall Excellent TV
The S95F delivers an absolutely stellar viewing experience, with outstanding picture quality and impressive brightness that makes HDR content truly shine. The matte finish is a game-changer for bright rooms—even in daylight, content remains visible with minimal reflections. While the contrast takes a slight hit compared to a glossy screen, it’s a fair trade-off since you can always close the blinds for a more cinematic experience.
The operating system is snappy, making navigation smooth and hassle-free. For gamers, the Game Mode features are exceptional, particularly Game Motion Plus, which enhances motion clarity without significant input lag—a huge plus for fast-paced games.
However, the build quality leaves much to be desired. The panel and bezel feel slightly loose, with noticeable flex and creaking when touched at the top and bottom. The stand, while sleek in design, doesn’t provide the sturdiest support—the TV wobbles easily if touched, as the stand only connects to the lower half.

Cons:
- Mediocre build quality (loose panel, creaking bezel)

Overall, this is an excellent TV with top-tier visuals and performance, but Samsung could improve the build quality to match its premium price. If you prioritize picture and features over construction, it’s still a fantastic choice and overall would recommend —just handle with care! 8.5/10

Good TV, but it could have been done better
I had this TV for two months. The colors and brightness were truly excellent, but the matte finish isn't my cup of tea. Unfortunately, the difference between the glossy and matte finishes is noticeable, so I don't understand why Samsung is trying to make people happy instead of giving them a choice and not losing customers. The TV's build is also average in my opinion. It should be a bit thicker to be more durable. Overall, it's a very good display, but it's not for everyone, which is why Samsung is losing customers.
Really big words of praise for Samsung Display for the QD OLED panel (brightness, color saturation, HDR gradient), it's just a pity that Samsung doesn't use the full potential of this panel because they would have the best TV in the world, and as it is, it's a good TV, but oh well.

Brand New S95, Poor Repair, and No Proper Support.
Title: Brand New Samsung S95 – Faulty, Poor Repair, and No Proper Support
I purchased a Samsung 55S95 on July 4th, expecting a flawless premium product for Connectivity, updated Processor and excellent Resolution. Just weeks later, it started having serious issues powering on. Sometimes it would start, other times it wouldn’t. Eventually, I was left with only sound and no picture.
Samsung arranged a warranty repair, and the mainboard was replaced. However, the repair was incomplete: the service center returned the TV without configuring the replacement board properly.
Now, every time I turn on the TV, I get error messages such as “Please go into service mode and setup below options”. On top of that, the “About This TV” section shows no valid information about model, serial number, or device details (see attached photos). HDMI-CEC doesn’t work either.
I have reported this issue more than 5 times, but Samsung has failed to provide a real solution. For a TV of this price and category, this is unacceptable. Instead of a premium experience, I’ve been left with a half-fixed product and endless frustration.
Samsung should replace the TV or properly configure the repair immediately. Until then, I cannot recommend this product or the after-sales service.
