Great for the Sensory Impaired
I got this radio for an Intellectually Impaired young man who likes music. The last Sony digital radio didn't last long before it was dropped to the floor out of frustration - it simply had too many buttons. This radio is great - there is only one sliding switch and two knobs, easy to use. Can't go wrong. Easy enough to tune into a station, even for him. The red light shows when a station is tuned. Big speaker means good sound quality. Can use it with the aerial down and hopefully he can plug in his earphones too. A great choice for the sensory or cognitively impaired and the elderly too.
