Sounds superb
I was given this radio for my birthday, been wanting one for ages. I was amazed with the sound quality, it’s such a lovely radio the best I’ve ever owned. It’s such a high quality radio and looks absolutely stunning 🤩 would have been nice with the royal warrant on it and maybe the option to add a couple of AA batteries just as a backup during a power outage, especially if it didn’t have much charge left ! Apart from that it’s absolutely perfect 👌🏻

A good little radio but fiddly to use.
A good little radio with a few issues.
It is fiddly to control - even changing the volume needs two hands. The buttons need pressure to operate but the radio is so light it simply slides away. So to adjust the volume or any other function you must hold the radio with one hand and operate the button with the other. This makes it difficult to use as bedside a radio.
Also it is a shame the large knob is not a volume control. This would be a lot more convenient.
It does sound good though.

Cracking little radio
An excellent device, beautifully designed and produced. I just wish, as someone with less than great hearing, that there was a little more volume to be had. I understand that most other folk won't have the same wish for more volume, but from a purely personal view, that is the (sole) reason I rate 4 stars instead of 5.

Revival petite 2 - class!
Sounds great and not just for a small radio or speaker, genuinely nice bass and overall sound. Built in aerial in the petite 2 is ideal and works well. I love it, use it every day!
Potential improvements for future:
Charging: seems to only work from usb-a->usb-c (like the wire that comes in the box)? IE not usb-c->usb-c, or other chargers like Nintendo switch or MacBook chargers which are both usb-c! It’s a small thing but compatibility with all usb-c chargers would be a nice to have for future.
A small software improvement I’d ask for is a new Station Order option (DAB) to either have the dial rotate only through your favourite preset stations saved to recall, or even just a new Station Order option to have your presets listed before the top of the main list of stations. It just takes slightly longer to get into the recall preset menu than I’d like, so it’d be nice to just be able to scroll between them without long pressing first or scrolling through lots of other stations that I never listen to. Very small thing though, UI is good for such a small radio with so few buttons!

Well made and sounds great.
Solidly made and a terrific sound from such a small radio. I bought it to take on holiday and listen at motorsports events and can’t wait to use it. I chose the latest model which has the in built aerial. It looks excellent too. I would have preferred the knob at the front to be the volume control, but otherwise I wouldn’t change anything. Not cheap, but value for money for a quality item which should last forever.

Poor sound quality
A nice little radio but terrible sound. You can't turn up the volume because it starts to make a horrible tinny vibrating sound. Would not recommend it if you actually want to listen to music on it. It looks pretty but thats about it.

Much improved now.
Bought a Petite 2 after owning the original model with the infuriating wire arial that just did not work for me, the telescopic arial has made a huge difference, the radio is now a permanent fixture in our motorhome and the FM works well in France on our travels, even took it to Thailand last winter where there are loads of FM stations in the bigger towns but very little on the islands we visited.
